called and was super rude...they forget they are the ones who called you!

hmm just received a call from 855-211-4583 and it is 8:21 pm, i am assuming it is a collection agency, i called it back and ill i heard was something services and this is Nick Myers, so i hung up and the [***] had the never to call me back. collection agencys you better read up on the laws in Missouri because if you call after 8 you are breaking the law, no to mention they are only allowed to call 3 times a week not 10 times a day every day.

I live in MA, they called my cell while I was driving and they asked for my husband by his first name.  I said this is Beth who is this?  They then asked me if Thomas was my husband and I said yes but I have no legal tie to anything from that account and cannot address anything,  He wanted to confirm my address and home phone, I said yes and he said no answered at that number and I said maybe no one is home.  He said can you take my number and I said for the 3rd time No, I am driving and have no information for him.  He said when can I reach him and I said I do not know.  He said he'd call back the home number later.  Meanwhile my husband has had a lawyer working with this bank on a dispute and they are legally not allowed to call and harass us, so he called the lawyer and they were very upset because I guess the broke 3 laws calling me.  Should be interesting to see if they call back.....

collection agency...calls every few hours including Sundays!

They called left a message that sounded like they were eating something and smacking their lips left NO message. I dont know who they were but I wont be answering if they call again!

Harrassing all members of family  this needs to stop   reporting them to better buisness  bureau

They called my work and asked for me by first name only. When i answered they called me my siste in laws name( we have the same first name and she has my maiden name) When i told him i was not her, he said your name is *&#@ i said yes but that is not my last name. I told him he wanted my sister in law. He got really rude and kept saying i was who he was looking for. I asked him what it was about and he wouldnt tell me. If i was who he was looking for why wouldnt he tell me what it was about. The guy was a super jerk.

This is also the phone number ((855) 211-0175.) for a company that spams info about Gym equipment.  Do not give them your info.  They are connected to a Canadian company and this number is currently (7/20) disconnected.

These guys call every couple of hours and never leave a message. 855-211-2529 It has to be some scam since I am on the NO CALL list.  Bunch of AS**es.

I keep getting calls all hours a day .the person they are asking and threatening me. my number is not whom they are asking.I just received a call and the man said to me "I had better tell this person about this call" I don't know the person in question.I have changed my number several times and that don't seem to stop them ,I put it on call rejection and that don't stop them,they just call from another number,sneekey!

Calls from Mr. Nick Myers continually calls even after being asked not to call but use legal methods for notifying me of any claim against me. Totally rude and disrespectful. Harassment! Keeps asking if im at home or at work

i  keep getting a call from 855-211-0090 and it is different people this time the message was they was trying to reach me about a check and i don't even have a checking account and this is the last notice they are sending me and i will be served papers to my home or residence if i did not contact their office to sign papers and discuss this matter and I wish you luck in the future I am sitting at my desk in shock because your calling my cell phone for 1 and you don't give a name or a buisness and one day its a check one day its my family member your looking for I am not no where worried cause I do work for the State so if they was serving me papers I would first recieve a paper in the mail and next the constable would show up to serve me not call me on the phone 10000 times a day.. There are all kinds of scam people out here and some people get really afraid and panic when they here this and they call and start making arrangements to give people money when they know good and well they have not did something well I am a bit thicker with the skin next I am adding them on my contacts list and then block them all together I put them listed under spam

They keep calling me and actually threatened me saying they will have me arrested, I have no idea how these animals got my number but it's starting to really annoy me.

These people are SCUM!  Do not give them ANY info and do not verify anything!  They said "First of all I need to verify a few things."  I said No, I'm not verifying anything for you.  I don't know you and I don't owe you or anyone else anything and can prove it.  They are bottom feeders and are totally illegal!  Don't be afraid of their threats about "serving you papers" it is a scare tactic!  They said they were going to show up at my work.  So I said ok, I'll be waiting for you outside with my boss, my Human Resources Manager as well as a Sheriff's deputy and what time can I expect you?  THEY HUNG UP THEN!!  They have broken nearly every collection law ever made.  That right there shows that they are NOT LEGITIMATE!  Hope this helps...

They called my brothers cell phone (he gives that number to NO ONE) asking for my ex-father in law! WTF?! Then they wanted my number and my ex-husbands number.  My brother refused and asked for his information. His name was Tom Kemna, gave the 855 number and told him to reference this funky number. How desperate are these people?!  Tom was lucky he was on the phone cuz my bro hates that [***]!

They call often, hang up after a few rings and never leave messages.  More than annoying.

On the rare occasions that they leave messages, they do not leave their company name, just a fake employee name and reference number that I am supposed to give when I call them back......because I just fell off the turnip truck.

Man stating if this is not my husband's name not to listen to this call. This is my phone and he has a phone of his own.

Incessant calls asking for a distant relative I have rarely seen - refuses to stop calling or taking my home and mobile number off their list.  I have contacted both California and New York Attorney Generals and, as we are retired and have the time to explore lawsuit, I am pursuing with my counsel now.  Now have been recording calls and suggest the same for you.  Maybe there is another $10M judgement coming or at least higher viability and potential legislative action.  Will update in coming months as to progress.

855-211-4583 is Northstar Location services, a debt collector.  They called today looking for my soon to be ex spouse.  The lady was delighted I had information on how to contact said spouse and gladly removed my name off the calling lists for future calls.  I personally hope they are frequent callers even on weekends but hey karma is a [***] sometimes right?  =)

i just got a phone call from tom kemna needing to locate my son. he said it was urgent. i should not have given him my sons number but hadnt read this.
