I don't know who is company is...

The English was so bad the only thing I could make out in the message was my name and even that was a chore. You would think any company that wanted to be taken seriously would hire people that could actually speak the language of the people they are calling.

I usually hang up because I cannot understand a word they say.  Today I answered and they hung up!  LOL   I have NEVER been late with a payment.  When my mortgage was sold to them, they told me they would call every month to see HOW I was going to pay my mortgage.  I said "I don't think so!"  Never late, never missed a payment and they want to monitor how I am going to pay each month?  What is up with that?  LEARN ENGLISH!!!!  That would be a good start.

OMG - this company now holds my morgage... I may refi just to get away from them. As far as I can tell it is a legit company, but the people manning the phones need help with english.

They called me to tell me that they had changed the name of the company from "American Home Mortgage" to "Homeward Residential".

American Home Mortgage Servicing - they call 5 days after the first of the month.  They say you get until the 15th before your late but they call you as soon as the 4th of the month hits.

Glad I Googled 855-212-7744. I had no idea Homeward Residential is the former "wonderful" AHMSI (American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc.), <~~~~My mortgage co.

THese doofuses had the audacity to hang a notice on my doorknob this morning with this # to call immediately!!  Well, guess what, sweeties?? I have no intentions of calling you back, since you harass the heck outta everybody you lend to, even on-time customers according to the previous posts!!!

Yea, but literate English fluent call center employees cost more than a few drachmas a day. Homeward Residental is a mortgage company formerly known as AHMSI (American Home Mortgage Service Inc. )

They call 5 and 6 times aday and either hang up or will leave a recorded message.I thought they wern't allowed by law to call that much and it is harrasment. i have called them and talked with them about my loan and they said the calls would stop and guess what within 1/2 hour the recoeded call comes again. My loan is not late and payments are always sent to them ontime and they still call then say they don't know why the recording keeps calling probably because the instructions are in English  something they can't speak or read !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a nony mous is so right on! This company is illiterate. They pay workers in India $3.00 a week to read a script and they do not give a damn how much their customers suffer their incompentancies! I know I used to train the Indian workers before I quit out of total disgust and fury! NEVER EVER TAKE A MORTGAGE WITH THEM!

According to the FTC debt collections act, if they are calling asking about a debt, you can tell them they have send a written letter of confirmation of the debt. If they do not do that within a certain time frame, then they have to stop harrassing you. Best bet, contact the FTC and file a written complaint and also send Homeward Residential a certified letter complaining about their practices, let them know you prefer that they correspond in writing only to you.

I don't have a mortgage with them, and I have received a phone call just now, but they put down the telephone.

I have this number from just a month, I hate Virgin because they recycle old numbers!!

These people are calling me and I do not have any type of mortgage anymore.  Been years since I had a mortgage!!!!
