I received a call today stating that I have been summoned and it will be arriving at my home or place of business if I don't call this number and take care of the issue.

I had the same number call me multiple times with the same message (I have been summoned and I have to call them back or I will be charged) and nothing has happened so far. They don't give any other information other than the phone number.

This is a total scam. Do not answer their phone calls or return calls if they leave voice mails.

Not completely certain about the last four numbers, but someone named Samantha called about a time share I own. She did not identify her company, but I did a search for the 855 area code, and found out it could be a scam number. Samantha will NOT be getting a return call from me.

They say will rent my Time share and make money for --- But they want me to send $1085.00

Nice lady called stating here company wants help rent my time share. I would recieve a check for 1400.00. Only thing is they want a one time fee of 1400.00 to register into program. I immediately called my timeshare resort and inquired about such a company that they maybe associated with. She immediately told me they have no association with any company and it was a scam. Even though she had info from my RCI account regarding weeks available.  I was told that she could have got that info because it was public record. Up to everyone to make their own decision. Real deal or not? I voting scam.

I received a call today from Summit Marketing as well.  They told me that I would 4 weeks per year that they would rent out for $1,100 per week and send me a check for within 60-90 days for the rental weeks.  They wanted me to send them a "one time" payment of $1,499 for this service. They claimed they are affiliated with RCI, yet they handle the rentals. They had some of my RCI information, but I don't believe they had anything more than what's available through public records.

I got a call today from Nicole at this number. She wanted me to call her back regarding my timeshare. Thanks to these comments, I'm not calling her back.

They keep calling and we get disconnected.  At one point, the woman on the other end asked for me by my name and then we were disconnected.  Sounds like a timeshare scam from the other comments.

This is a timeshare scam.  Please tell them to remove your name from their call list or you will sue them for unwanted solicitiation. And if they call back, sue them!!!

Calls me every few days...I don't answer!

Called me the wrong name and then told me that I had 4 weeks from last year that would sell for $1,100 each so they wanted me to pay them $1,200 up front and then get my $4,400 free and clear. I told him it sounded like a scam and asked if he made good money doing this, he said yes. I asked him if he could sleep at night knowing that he screwed people out of their money,

They usually will not leave a message but at times have left offer to rent my timeshares. I have received warnings recently from RCI and my two timeshare associations to warn owners of the proliferation of these types of calls. To be safe, we were told to deal only with the marketing representative or manager for your specific HOA or with RCI. I never transact business with soliciters by phone and unless I called them, I hang up on sales calls.

Summit Marketing is time share rental company that demands money up front-- and then you never hear from them again.  Better Business Bureau has several complaints registerted

I got suspicious  when they kept sending me to various departments to verify information and approve charges on my credit card.  I decided to Google the number and it looks like it is a scam.  I will not call them back.  They wanted $1099 to sign me up and then they said I  would get $1400 per week or $2800 by the end of the year  for my two weeks but the third person I talked to said no amounts were guaranteed.  For sure a scam!!

A man called to talk to me about renting my timeshare weeks. Told him I didn't have any to rent out. He said: "You are a member of RCI aren't you?" I told him yes but I had absolutely no desire to pay you money to rent my weeks (he hadn't even got to the part of asking me for money yet) and to take my number off their calling list. He he would do that and cancel ALL of my rental weeks so I would NEVER be able to use them again. Golly, I'm so upset about that!
