Threatening call from revenue canada

Threatening call saying there were rev canada and that they reviewed last 5 years of taxes and I we money and if I dont pay orvgive them my lawyers number the rcmp will be arresting me.    Ask to speak to his supervisor and was told I was not allowed to and asked him to fax information said it was available.    Said iwas in my car and I was driving to police station since it was only a block away.   He hung up

Got the same call....they beat to the hang up!

I received the phone call from this number 855-216-5972. This call was very threatening and the caller was saying they are from CRA and mentioning that an arrest warrant will be issued to you if you will not call back to the number provided by him.

Same call but it was an automated recording saying that I needed to return their call immediately or I would be arrested. All he could do was wish me luck if I didn't return the call! LOL

I got it too. Just recording saying I need to call them back immediately. I'm not going call them back but if anyone do pls ask them to tell you your SIN #. They should know if they are from CRA. I heard about scams like that when they  ask about your bank account information. On CRA website they warn about telephone scams and ask to call them (CRA) or to check "My Account" to check if you own any money.

Just got the same message. Usually, papers are in french for me. So easy to guess that it is a fake. The message is not bilingual neither. The real CRA would be bilingual.

claimed to be officer Greg Williams.  very threatening if i did not call back re a time sensitive issue.
VVery loud aggressive male voice ....hard to understand who he claimed to be representing.

Had a voicemail from 630am from a robot claiming to be Craig Williams - wanted a call back from myself or my attorney without giving any reason for the call. The same number just tried to call again 3 hours later but hung up right away.

Scammer! Left a message on my cell phone saying it was Officer Greg Williams. That I had to call this number back immediately & if they did not hear from
me or my attorney then "Good luck to you as it is all in your hands". Bad recording, aggressive, accented voice that didn't maie much sense or mention a name of who they are trying to contact (meaning anyone, so obviously a scam)

I am getting calls from +1 855 216-5972 as well. Leaving VM that his name is Officer Greg Williams. And asking me to call back. If I don't or my attorney's then "Good Luck to you"

Received two voice mails from the number 1-855-216-5972 claiming to be from the CRA.  I called back.  Gave them a fake name.  They ask if you have a  lawyer.  I said "of course I do".  They hung up. ha!

Just got this recorded message too!  Thanks for all the postings, keeps us all in the loop that this is soooo fake!!

I just got the same call from an Officer "Greg Williams" who states that if I try to disregard this phone call and not get my attorney to call back immediately he will wish me good luck for the situation as it unfolds on me.

Got the same call earlier today. Very hard to understand but from what I heard was that Officer Greg Williams needed myself or my attorney to contact him back asap. If i choose to ignore the call and not phone him back, he says he can only wish me the best of luck as it unfolds... WHAT A JOKE
