I got it too. I checked my message, and it was a recording regarding some merchandise i purchased from Lowes, and they were calling to give me a delivery time.

Someone from 855-219-5547 called to say my delivery from Lowes was running behind (originally scheduled for 11am-1pm.  I was advised that it would now be delivered at 4pm.  At 6 pm I called back wondering where my order was.  I was told that it would be delivered between 4:30 & 6:30.

At 7:10 pm I received yet another call telling me that I would have to reschedule delivery because they were running behind.   I told them to CANCEL the order.  That is riduculous!  I waited all day long.

This third party delivery service for Lowe's makes that company look bad.....  We purchased a refrigerator and was promised we would get a call in the morning between 6:30 - 7:00 to let us know when we could expect our delivery.  As of 9:00 we never received a call therefore we had to contact the store where we purchased the item and was given information that item is already on the truck and it will be delivery between 4:00 - 8:00.  they give me 855-219-5547 number to contact to address my concerns. The person from this company was very unprofessional and was not trying to answer any of my questions after about 10 minute she put me on hold because they could not find the order in the system.  What the hell is this about.  The next time I purchase an item at Lowe's I will rent my own truck and deliver myself.  Lowe's you need to find more reliable and professional delivery services.

lowes delivery service calling to tell me what day our washer dryer would be delivered.  said they'd call with a time window between 7pm and 9pm which they did.  had to call them because the woman had the wrong address.  when they pulled my account up it had the right address so  i guess the first caller needed a stronger contact lens prescription.

I didn't order anything either.

At 7 15 am this number woke us up. We have no damm idea why they are calling x2.

I was told this was the delivery service XPO, formally something that sounded like the CS Rep said Next Smile which she confirmed when I asked if that was correct. I called to inquire as to why I was required to sign on paper & electronically on someone's personal phone using an app they didn't show me. Seemed strange, but apparently Lowes is now subcontracting out deliveries. I didn't see the truck, so that was news. Still concerns me that these guys of Jamaicaan origin have a digital copy of my signature on a personal smartphone. The guys seemed okay, but that was just fishy. Especially with my previous fraud experience with Jamaicaans.  They should have a company device like FedEx & UPS or at least a co. assigned device.

It was an automated call from Lowes with a window for next day delivery that evening. the truck came early that morning and the driver called me again saying he was at my door. Excellent next day service for 80 dollars it should be.

Do not buy from Lowe's, this 3rd party company was to be here between 10-12 it is now 3 and after calling lowe's at 1230 the lady from XPo called an 1 1/2 later, stated she can't find the guy...now they say it was cancelled

You knew who called, but seem to be unaware that you can obtain a call blocker to solve your problem.

Lowe's Delivery Subcontractor (XPO). They were calling to confirm/set up delivery of appliances.

Like others above, we got a call from this number about when to expect a delivery from Lowe's.  The CID name was set to "UNAVAILABLE" like a lot of nuisance (spam and scam) calls we get from other 855, 866, and 877 numbers.  But this one was ok, as we were expecting such a call.  The robocall recording identified itself as the XPO organization making a delivery for Lowe's and listed this same phone number as how to get in touch with them with any questions or problems.

The recording asked me to press one to confirm the delivery time frame, which I did.

We rcvd delivery on time.
No problems.

Lowe's 3rd party delivery service.  They did an EXCELLENT job -- on time and perfect set up.  I usually carp about the multitude of bullsh** calls we get.  This time it is a pleasure to report a job well done.

REALLY? EXCELLENT??? It has been 2 weeks after more than 10 times they called me to delay the shipping I purchased from Lowe's (some days to delay 2-3 times) plus 4 times I called them and also called Lowe's I still haven't received my order. TERRIBLE TERIBLE and TERIBLE.
