someone from this number called looking for a co-worker who is on vacation and I have never been spoken to like that before.  After I said she was out he asked for supervisor, saying I was extremely rude and should have stayed in bed.  Maybe I "drank" too much last night he said!  Was going to report me?  to who - I have no idea.

I received a call from this company regarding a payday loan. I told the company that I did not have any clue what they where talking about and for them to send me more information. They where extremely ignorant and didn't care what I had to say. They called my job which is a government facility.

These people have been calling my job none stop talking about a payday loan I know nothing about. I spoke with a lady name Sara Williams she went on and on about this payday loan I know nothing about, I asked her to send me a copy of the documents she claim she have and she said she could'nt. She also tried to force me to make a payment arrangement that she needed my debit card number and all this crap, I went to thinking as I was talking to her something does not sound right she wants me to give her my information but she can't provide me any after I refuse to do anything she said she got upset and wanted to speak with my supervisor. I told he my supervisor was not available she was upset even more she went on to say she will have me arrested etc etc.

Judge Dredd sez- A threatening phone call is a pile of dung! It is not legally binding. The Judge doesn't call you in advance! If they won't give it to you in writing - then this scam is busted! ...and tell them so! ...and tell your friends about it too!
