    I received a call stating they were Anthem Blue Cross and had an important message for me and left the phone number to call 855-230-2330.  When I called this number an automatic message asked me to confirm my name and press one so I did; then it went on to give an ad to stop smoking.  I am not a smoker. After it rambled a long time I realized I am likely unwittingly being charged for these minutes and hung up.  I may have just been a victim of fraud where no I may owe an expensive telephone bill for that call.
