Got a scary high priority message about a litigation.

This number called me 4 times on sept 13 saying there is a complaint about me, & for me to call 8552396292 to try to settle outside of court. & they have called me more times a week before &, they also called one of my friends and gave her the message for me to call that 855 number.  How did they get my friends number. Its so weird. This same unknown call called my sister & 2 of her  coworkers.

CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE THEY WANTED MY ADDRESS BECAUSE THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE THE SHERIFF SERVE ME WITH PAPERS

I just got a call from this # stating there was a case pending on me...and want to make sure they have a correct home address to for me so I can be summoned to appear. They left the ph# so I can find out more about the case & call the plantiff directly if needed.

Looking for help with Brother printer, ended up at a page near top of search results (printer-techsupport.com/brother-printer-support.html). Called the toll free number listed, thinking I was calling Brother tech support (855-239-6292). Young Indian man was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Granted him remote access using Teamviewer thru a page he provided (fix123.org/). He explained, ironically, how exposed my computer was to attack, trying to convince me this was related to printer problem. Wasn't convinced and did hard shutdown of computer. Am hoping he was after a credit card number (which I didn't provide) and did not download any malware while he was remotely connected. Calling the phone number again gets a message that person is not available. See that these operators are not only trying to suck in owners of other brands and products as well (Dell, NetGear, Linksys, etc).

I found this phone number online as Cannon. when I call a guy from India want to change me $380.00 to get online my cannon printer. As per his statement the reason why my printer suddenly was offline was because people from other states of  was interfering my internet. So we need to block them in order to have back online. after getting all my information he supposedly escalade the case. However, I called to another number and luckily was Cannon company, they help me to get my printer online without any charge.
