I got home and a message on my answer machine stated we are going to file a civil lawsuit against you in your area. No company name was mentioned they never mentioned my name or what it was about. Just said to call that phone no. That is against the law and when I find out what company it is I will notify a lawyer. They are in violation of FDCPA.

I have been getting the same message on my work number. Have you done anything about it yet?

Just got a call from someone trying to do an employment verification from this number.  The employee they're checking up on told me they haven't applied for any credit or done anything to warrant that.  They said they've been getting weird calls like this lately.

Just got a call and they did not mentioned any company. Only that this is solve a civil matter in berks county

1-877-312-9337 is also their number. some matters, we'll call the police if It is necessary.

I just received a call from this number, I missed the call so I called back, The man didn't say who he is or what company it was but he was looking for someone else " I do Know " but I told him I didn't know this person. He told me he was looking for him than stated we are going to file a civil lawsuit against you in your area and he has been named in this civil matter. He stated he was here to help the respondent. It sounded very suspicioius to me.

recieved a call from this number about filing a civil suit against me,  when i called back this number and asked if it was some kind of debt collection agency, i was advised no it is not , they are a processing firm or third party for the clients and would like to settle out of courts if all possible.  Just sounded suspicious.

Recieved a message on a cell phone that no one we know really has the number to. No names mentioned. Sounds like some telemarketing/bill collecting agency. We don't owe anyone anything, so calling it bunk.

They left a voice mail regarding a civil suit, no name or ref number was left.  Called the phone number and got a message stating they weren't available and requesting a name and phone number for call back.  I think they identified themselves as IBS....I left a message advising them not to call my number again.

These people are fools..I personally dont give a rat's ass...sue me - why dont ya..Its the American way. Im not scared of [***]....If HSBC can launder drug money, and help the Taliban move their money thru the USA and have ZERO admonishing, except for a small fine they came up with in a few weeks, then the law means nothing to me....go ahead IDS, sue me you [***] suckas.....hehehehe

I got a recorded message today from this number. I know I don't owe anyone because my credit report would show so.

This firm is IB Processing 855-244-7736 - working on behalf of some lawyers.  They left a threatening message about our failure to respond to their second and previous documents or calls would bring forth trouble to us and we should phone and get the docket number from them. I called them back not knowing what this is about and was put on hold by the first man and then when my husband called again a second man came on the phone and told us he didn't know why we had been telephoned and he knew our name from our phone number.  This is clearly information seeking and you should report this to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY if you are registered with them.  Whenever a caller doesn't give you information it is a scam or information being collected.  This one should also be reported to the police.

Yeah my family is receiving these calls from this place. When I called the number to ask for the address Jonathan Davis started fussing. he refuse to give me the address.
I have to file a complaint against these people.. they are harassing me and my family

I just got a call from a Mr Brian at this number in regards to my HSBC account.they held. He was extremely nice.and.helpful. He gave me the number to follow the line of purchase as to how they came.to have my account. Was skeptical but asked the right questions and was provided the.information I needed. They are a legit company. They were able.to.come.up with settlement I could.afford.

Telemarketing= Telephone Sales of Taxable Goods or Services.

Bill collecting Agency= Collectors of past due debts.

That means that our friend "Jonathan"  isn't on the up and up.  Any time a so called collector refuses to provide the information required by the FDCPA,  it  means that they don't have it and they are in violation....therefore are not to be trusted.
