This number keeps calling me stating this call acts as a final notice for your name and location for the claiminant. There is a series of events to take place on day of week such as thursday

Same here I get a call everyday, now I'm getting a final notice for me to verify name and location, supposed to be served papers on Thursday

Yes just got the same message that it is my final notice and papers will be served Thursday morning.  Well too funny because it is Thursday and it is 11:00 am and nothing  Just wondering what Thursday of which week of what month of what year.  Wow what scam!!!  Would be nice to speak with a real person on the phone or get something in the mail to what they might be serving me. The original phone number that called was 724-923-4718.

Yup. Way too late 11 AM is 11 PM in India, where your call is coming from. Day's almost over. I don't think they could of made it by bus (can't afford a plane ticket) today.

No one will call you saying your going to be served

A mr Crawford called and left a VM looking for my husband with some two letter and five number case number saying if not resolved today will be served on Thursday the 17 th I called back the number they left they answer like there at home or something I ask for there business name they pause and hang up. Then call back with a back blocked number saying the same bs

Yes I got a automated service stating that I am going to be served papers on Thursday and to call -855-245-0129.I so sick of these people scam innocent people something need to be done

Called again to get location to be served on Thursday the 17 th. Umm today is the 17 refuses to give any details or there name of there company keep asking they hang up

Getting the same thing!  What are they trying to do?  How could they get $ from you doing this?

They call with a recorded message saying they need to verify name and location to be served on Thursday seems Thursday is there favorite day. Been getting these calls for a month now

They claim your going to be served. No one is going to call you and tell you this. Or they say if you want to avoid legal action pay xxx to them  but when you ask who is the creditor they refuse to tell and get real nasty

Let's blow up there phones with phony claims and see how they like it.

these people keep calling my job with alligations against my name and SS #. Saying it needs to be handled today. Yep because they called last week with the same message. Claiming her name is Grace. They can call all they want, I am not giving them money. And my job is going to stop them from calling. They are real upset they keep harrassing me here.

Every time they call I ask where there calling from and the location of there office they refuse to give me that information. So I refuse to talk to them.

That's sounds like a plan there.

First calls with a local number leaves a recorded message about being served on Thursday.  An hour later getting a call from a blocked number   I don't not answer blocked numbers. They leave a vm with a case number and claim they need my address.  

To me..., if they keep calling try to keep a record of dates and times.  If your boss has told them to stop calling and they continue. They are violating the law.  It's a scam and there just trying to scare you.
