If it's "completly legit" then whats the name of the company?! You just sound like someone representing the company to further the scam interest with that post!

Sure it is... replies to susan
...only if it's "legit" as you say, you won't have any problem posting the legal company name, physical address - NOT a PO Box - and website, if any.  Give our regards to your boiler room buddies!

You have just been caught in a lie. NO company can update your credit report to positive if you have a debt in collection. A credit report is a reflection of your ability to get, manage, and pay debt. If anyone could change your credit report, then what would be the use of it? As it would not be a true reflection of your ability to handle debt. If a person does pay an in collection debt that fact would still be on their report for up to 7 years. Only errors can be removed, and that can be done easily by the credit holder. Nice try Mumbai Momma - back to your stool - pronto!

Well your post isn't "legit" --- you are a shill.  You are planting false and deceptive claims to deceive and intimidate consumers.   It won't work here so move along

So your ex-husband is suing you and you have defaulted on car payments but "all is well".  You need an attorney and a mental health professional
