Sallie Mae....don't answer

Sallie Mae. I've got two loans with them, one federal student and one private student loan. It took four months to get a forbearance on the federal student loan because they kept losing my paperwork. The private student loan is still a mess because they are still "losing" my forms and ignoring my letters, and when I call in I get someone from another company who can't even pronounce my name let alone help. It's been like this for six months, the ball has been entirely in their court, but they absolutely refuse to do their job. Meanwhile they're calling me several times a day. This time it was threatening. Someone named Nichole left a message, didn't say they were a debt collector, but instead "I need a call back from you within 24 hours or there will be consequences" and "thank you... and GOOD LUCK" in a deliberately menacing tone. It was strange enough I listened again thinking it was a friend pranking me, but it wasn't. They also call on holidays -- I got two calls on Thanksgiving and expect to get some on Christmas.
