    They keep calling me at work and leaving me messages. I believe she said she was from ABF and they have a judgement against me.  This is totally a scam collection call.  Next thing you know I will probably have by checking account hacked into.  This happened to me a few months ago.  And had to close my account on two different occasions.

    Theres chatter online that this could be a new name that Marval and Associates are using, though I didnt see where it actually confirmed that.  Some modus operandi for sure though.  Pretending to be lawyers, process servers etc etc.  I too had my checking account hacked, by a scam debt collector too, luckily I caught it within a few hours of it happening, and I called the bank and they reversed the charges and I had my money back in about 24 hours.  Got me a new account number too.  If this is indeed Marval, these guys are complete slime.
