- ConnieGot a call from this number said to call back gave a case number, said there was a compliant against my ss# and need more information, then called my work and my boss ask for details and the guy hung up. These people are scammers dont give them the any information.
- JosephusGot a call from a phone number registered in Beverly Hills, CA and the lady on the phone left a message with a case number and a number to call (855-253-0842). When I gave the guy the case number and he "looked up" the case in his "computer" he asked me if I was a woman named Shanika. #1: I am obviously not a woman #2: I am not related or know anyone by that name. Then he asked for my name and I told him to look at the case and tell me what my name is at which point he became argumentative and rudely telling me that he could not help me if I didnt give him my information. Then I said "if you are a real collection agency you should be able to pull up my information from the "case" number your people left on my phone". His response "Sir I cant help you if you dont help me!" This run around continued until I "insulted" him by insinuating that they are scammers trying to get information to falsely collect money. He then threatened to disconnect the call and I said "So what are you waiting for?" and he hung up.
DONT give these people any information. What they dont realize is that I am a former collection agent and know the rules. Their system would have names, all previous and current addresses, dates of birth, social security numbers, spouse name, etc... If they were legit their case number would give them all the information needed to begin the collection call. DONT fall for this utterly dumb collection scam. - annoyed| 1 replyGot a message from Jessica at work with a case number and to call 855-253-0842 ext. 7029. I'm not an idiot. I know this is a scam. Wish they wouldn't call my work to bother me with this crap.
- GSSaid that I was a person of interest involved in a case # with CIndy Bailey and I may need to make a statement, to call them back and gave a case number. Knew it was a scam when it came from an unknown number.

- This is Real| 4 repliesSeriously this isn't a joke read your State Laws u can be sued or receive a court summons don't take this for granted if you owe debt handle your obligations
- Caller: Grs
- no it isn't replies to This is RealYeah, it's a joke, read your state staute of limitations for debt collection, and just because some stranger calls and says you owe such-and-such does not make it true.
- Anon replies to This is RealI believe this post is planted. Your "State Law" also says that proof of debt MUST be given when asked for. Also these debt collectors (Foreign criminals) are saying that they are sending the police to arrest you. In EVERY U.S. State debts are civil matters, NOT criminal. The only part I agree with you on is that people need to pay their debts, if they are real.
- This is Real replies to ripper| 2 repliesThink about it how would they have received your information Check your credit report to see if you have any debt that's needs to be paid and take it from there
- stress| 9 repliesI just a received a summons to appear in court for my pay day loan don't have the money to pay them back after reading this thought it was fraud so didn't respond not I have a [***] court date for Oct 20 I will let u know what happens after I appear in civil court......Stressed out now!!!!
- FU2 replies to stressNice try, "This is real." You're stressed because we're not falling for your BS.
- no it isn't replies to This is RealIt's outdated or inaccurate info... maybe even invented.
- supermomraven24 replies to stress| 1 replyWhat are the laws in your state it could very well be illegal to lend in your state. Please check out this website to even see if your summons or legal or fake. I checked this out for my state and saved myself a headache. Hope this helps
http://www.paydayloanlaws.com/ - Anonym| 8 repliesI have dealt with this company calling me for 3 years now. They are a bunch of SCAM artists. I paid a debt 3 years ago then this company came in and tried to say I still owed more. I haven't heard from them for about 4 months now but they started calling again from a new number. I've filed with the State attorney's office as well as the FTC. They know this company and are aware of their practices. I have spoken to each company listed on my credit report prior and have made arrangements with them so I KNOW its not for a debt I owe. Its funny how people who work for this company post comments on here about it being 'real'. It isn't and shame on them.
People, you need to be aware and not give your info out. They are now calling my husbands work line, not sure how they got that but if it continues, a suit will be brought against them since I've told them numerous times to stop calling me. I paid my debt. They want to scare people with their calls about check fraud and filings division. They told me back in march they were going to 'serve' me and never did. Bunch of jack [***].- Caller: GRS
- Anonym replies to Anonym| 1 replyOH, and come to find out, the payday loan company I used wasn't even licensed in my state at the time. So I have a lawsuit pending against them already. Some day they will learn!
- This is Real replies to Anonym| 5 repliesThe only person that sucks is you take care of your responsibilities and giving every god damn excuse not to pay your obligations know it all

Anyone who recieves a summons will atleast check it out. I firmly believe that you are a part of the scam or incredibly stupid. I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are a booster. - cal replies to This is RealOh my goodness!!! Can't get any suckers to fall for your scam.."This is Real aka Stress"? HUH?
Relax, take a couple of cyniad tablets for that headache. I'm sure that there is bound to be an elderly couple out there somewhere who is barely getting by on socal security that you can rip off for their last dollar. Hang in there trooper!!! Control that temper. Remember...Keep Smiling ;) - yef replies to This is RealMaybe you cannot, or did not read the actual post -- the person DID pay their debt and DID check with the creditors to see that it had been satisfied. I'd also recommend you consider learning some rules of punctuation. The content of your posts is silly enough. The lack of punctuation just adds to your lack of credibility.
