Wells Fargo marketing

Wells Fargo. When I asked if this was a sales call, the response was, "Wells Fargo doesn't make sales calls." I said, "So this is NOT a sales call?" Response: "Wells Fargo is providing information." But they're "providing information" so we can decide whether or not to purchase a product or service from them. I call that a SALES CALL! So I call Wells Fargo's representation of these calls DISHONEST.

I have reported this number once before Reference #28705790 to FTC on 12/31/2010. But I still continue getting calls day and night. They say it is Wells Fargo , then hang up. Very annoying.

How can I press charges and impose fees on them?

These calls keep showing up on my caller id.  I don't answer them.  They never leave a message.  They call every day.  I'm sick of this.  I actually am a Wells Fargo customer.  If this is Wells Fargo doing this,, I will be taking my accounts elsewhere.

I get calls from this number constantly on my land line and occasionally on my cell phone.  If it's Wells Fargo, I do not wish to communicate with them on anything.

This call carried on and on even after I specifically said that I wasnt interested.

We have been getting a call daily from the above number. We do not answer it as it says 800 service, but then we check the real number is 855-257-1975.
We are listed on do not call list, but we still get this type of calls. How can we report them?

i receive a call from this # sometimes twice a day. i am recovering from serious surgery and they never leave a message. how can we stop this?

It is extremely annoying. This is a SALES call. I am registered on the Do-not-call list and still i am getting this call. This is fraud and they must be punished

The website TCPALaw.com has extensive information about this.  Other options are a (formal or informal) FCC complaint or a suit in federal court.

I am sick and tired of these calls 3 to 4 times a day. i don't even bank with Wells Fargo. I am on the do not call registry , but that doesn't seem to mean much. Please make these call stop. It is intrusive and very annoying. Message is never left.

Robert, I don't buy that! I still get calls from them & I called that number months ago & opted out of ALL sales calls from them. I just don't answer anymore.

9 calls from this number in 2 weeks, but never any message.  I let voicemail answer all calls on my landline.  if this is wells fargo, I don't have any account with them, and never will.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the passed a few days. The first time they called, i was driving , so they said they will call back. I knew it was some kind of a sale call. They called today and i didn't pick up. I called them again and it says this is wells fargo and they called you received is about a promotion. If you wish to be removed from our marketing system press 1 and they enter your number. It seems like it will take 5 business day for this to take effect and 30days for them to entirely remove you from the system, hope this helps.

I am getting 2-3 calls per day.  I do not answer and they leave no message.  The caller ID shows 646-257-1975.  I presume it is the same Wells Fargo people
