    Yes, it is a scam call. The phone number has been changed as well as the greeting to say they are Planmark but it's the same contact info for Capital Solutions at 855-866-0836. If you dial the new number and plug in an old extension, you will still get that previous persons voicemail. Best to report to FTC so a pattern can be detected.

    This phone number called and said I have charges pending against me and that papers were served to me.  I have to respond or I am admitting guilt and be prepared to go to court.  They gave me this # and extension 485.  They have called my relatives telling them I had commited fraud and am using their name on documents, ect.   BE CAREFUL of this scam!  I am calling my lawyer
