Call saying there are papers with my name and social number attached too it and will be servingme at my work or place of residence. Sounds like people just trying to get money over the phone to me, don't know what they're would be serving me for.

Yes same with me don't know who it is . But they should go to jail

just happened to me yesterday and today. wont give me any info just says its legal documents.  i think its a scam of some type

Received this today to but not at my phone number but other people I know got the call asking for me.

Always calling posing as constables and other positions and threatening they are doing to my work and home to serve me. First off you do not get warned about being served and secondly I am fed up with them contacting family members and giving out my social. They need to stop and Feds should investigate them!

Sent in complaint to FBI and secret service because they are illegally bullying and bluffing and falsly claiming they are goverment employees and the fact they leave your social all over the place.

Call my job and made threating conversation about serving papers on the job.

They are calling my parents and sibilings saying the same thing as other's on here have said. I contacted my local police dept and reported it. Guy who called them is named Chris, however this number never attempted to call me once. So they are full of SH**.

The message I'm getting from an unknown number is "hello my name is Terry Joseph. I'm an independent legal courier. I will be stopping by your home or place of employment today for papers requiring your signature for claim no. #######. If no response is heard from you, we will be forced to proceed without your consent in this matter. If you would like to resolve this matter beforehand please contact 855-258-3652.

I got the call from them to after they contacted several family members and when I called told me they had a claim in mediation against me and were sending me docs and I needed to show two forms of proof of identity.  Really!  Never heard of that one.  Who are these people

Same Story somebody calls with documents to serve,claim number and threatening if I am not available to sign, process will continue without my presence ..what ever that means. Just happened to me yesterday

My parents go a call yesterday evening.....said the same BS....they have a case against me w/ssn.....Some Rachel simmons.....when I called, their VM said: you have reached our office, no one available to take your call, please leave name, number and case number.......obvious BS.

Got the same call this morning from someone with an American (Brooklyn maybe?) accent identifying herself as "Rachel Wise" and saying she was an independent legal courier for my county. She said that she was serving legal papers to my work place and needed me to present two forms of ID. She left the number 855-258-3652 to call back and gave a claim number to use when calling. I did not call back. I think this is a scam.

I got the same message. When I didn't respond they called my dad's cell phone number.  I haven't made any call backs but my vm is the same as everyone else's.  "My name is Sarah Miller and I am an independent legal correspondent...if you want to resolve this voluntarily you may call 855-258-3652 using claim number #####"

I have received several calls and voicemails stating that his name was Rick Patterson had some certified papers for Penny Pack that had my name and social security attached and they are going to stop by my place of business or residence on March 25th 2015 to get a signature from me.

Yeah, these people have tracked down several family members and neighbors claiming they are serving us. We called them and asked them to send us documentation to support their claim but they wont, and we never get served, just threats...  Don't fall for the BS they throw out there. They are just looking for weak people to take advantage of.

This supposed debt collection agency has called my ex-wife, adult son, and my elderly mother, who all live in different states, claiming they have tried to reach me. They even asked my mother if she could pay the debt for me. The person who called my son claimed to be a process server for my county and wanted my address so he could serve me with a summons. I've had the same phone number and address for 6 years! I called my county court and there is nothing filed against me.
I finally spoke to them today and advised them I was recording the call. I advised Michelle Johnson that, under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I wanted her to send me a validation notice within 5 days telling me how much money I owe and to whom. She offered to email it to me and said "Is your email address ***@yahoo.com?" That is not my email and I said so. I told her I wanted it mailed and to send it Certified and Return Receipt Requested, so they would have proof that I received it.
I also asked for her agency's address and phone number. She gave me an address, but would only give the 855-258-3652 phone number. We'll see if I actually get the validation notice.

I have been receiving calls from an unknown caller and when I check my VM, the lady says her name is Angela Catalano. She never leaves her direct number, but leaves 8552583652 for me to call back. She never states a business name, but just says that she is a legal courier in the matter and that she will be serving me legal documents in which I will need to be present with 2 forms of ID. She has tracked down family members of mine and has my entire family worried. After receiving several messages, I have found out that it's nothing but a scam. First off, you don't warn people that you will be serving them papers... you just do it. Secondly, there was never a business name mentioned. I just wish that she would stop calling already. I'm tired of the BS!
