I continue to get threatening calls from 4024033117 leaving 8552586272 as the call back number.  I have not returned call as have been subject to harrassing scammers before.  Has anyone else received a call from this number?  If so do you know who they are & if they are legitimate? Message recieved is "This call is from the offices of ACS legal services. A serious matter associated with your personal information has been placed with our office. In order for your personal statement to be included in this review. Press zero now to speak to the representative responsible for conducting this review or call 8552586272. Immediately upon receipt of this message. Failure to respond will result in our recommendation being submitted to our client without your personal statement being included. Thank you"

I got the same call at my work and when I called them back they wouldn't give a company name and yelled at me saying they were going to arrest me. Well I know you can't get arrested for owing money and as far as I know I don't have anything outstanding. I asked them if they could send me something in the mail so I could verify the money owed and they refused and hung up on me. Then called my work and asked for my boss to verify my employment and told him I was going to be served and detained and they were going to do it at my work. So now these scammers have my boss thinking I am some terrible person and it's all a big scam.

Same message on my cell.   I'm going to look up this legal service.  Gotta love the scammers.

People amaze me when it comes to how dumb people may think you are....these scammers will stop at nothing.  I just go along with it and tell them to make sure they have the right address or even better I refer the call to my attorney.  that usually makes them stop.

I received a recorded call originating from 209 593 5813 from a fictitious organization called "AFS Legal Services".  They have my name but a quick search shows that the company doesn't exist and that people who call them tend to be yelled at.  I have better things to do with my time.

They may or may not be a debt collector, I'm not wasting my time to find out.  They're either a phishing scam or a financial scam from all I've seen so far.

They ate a scam claiming to be from the Law Office of David Hernandez. Guess what I called the actual Law Office and the receptionist there said do not give them any of your information or your money. They are a scam and they ate using our address and information to scare people.

Do your research people. Google is at your finger tips. Get names, telephone numbers, websites and addresses. Do not let people scare you  

Got a call from ACS legal services stating a serious legal  matter was taking place against me. I need to call 855-258-6272 to speak with a representative. If these slack sack of mixed nuts want to go to  court I will give a statement then.  Trolls need to go back under their bridge!

They just called my office .  The caller ID showed 203-413-0791 but referred me to 855-258-6272.
This is a scam - I reported them to the Consumer Protection Division of the State of CT Attorney Generals Office.

They will be sorry.

I just received a call from 636-489-0757 leaving a message about a legal claim against me and to call 855-258-6272. I am so tired of these people calling me. Nothing seems to make them stop. They always call with a number local to my cell.  I am also reporting them to the State of FL Attorney Generals Office. I think the recording said A&S Legal Services but I'm not really sure.

show your boss the notes and comments posted here and he will now it is a scam and to tell them to stop calling or they will be reported to the authorities.

I've been called by these people accusing me of an overdraft to US bank. I've contacted US bank and I'm not in their database which isn't surprising because I've never had an account through them.

AFS Legal Services....Obviously A Collection Agency. They call here and leave messages yelling and screaming and making demands for a person by the name of Eric Anthony Jackson.   FDCPA-Since they do not understand the Fair Debt and Collection Practices Act they should not be in Business.  They will be reported to the better business bureau.  The calls are harassing. The emotional behavior of an out of control neurotic psychotic is on the other end of the message.

Dumb scammers. Lady on the phone called me a clown and old me to pay my bills them join the circus

Yes, I have received calls from 2052776021 leaving 855.258.6272 as the number to call back. These are scammers. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and Secretary of State. The were so flustered one day the person who called said they were referring me to an individual with the same first and last name as mine. They aren't real and with the holidays coming up they are desperate. Don't give them any information. Don't call them back, but do report them to your local authorities, Federal Trade Commission and your Security of State.

Yes, I got a call from this number 8552586272 today. There said to call AFS back. Which I didn't.

I got CALL FROM PHONE NUMBER 219-801-3238 stating the same thing and I need to press  zero to be connected to someone, did not do it either! I am so sick and tired of these [***] calling me twenty times a day from various numbers and stating similar info! I wish they could be arrested and throw the dam key away! Leave us alone already!!! Cant the fbi do  something!!

I get a call two - three times a day from these people. They are very angry when you dont return the call. I saved the voice message of a man yelling 'Call me back right now!!!! this is your last chance etc.What makes things really bad is that the lady knows my ss number and address, I have my attorney working on this for me. Keep the number marked in your phone save the voice messages, I hope that together we can stop these horrible people! They are trying to make me pay a check fraud scam plus court charges.

Receiving calls from 928-493-2637 claiming I owe some bank.  When I told them to send me proof of debt, they stated the bank should have contacted me assigning it to them.  I told them I received nothing from any bank mentioning any such assignment and according to FDCPA they as collectors much provide me with proof of debt, date of last payment, etc.  They argued with me about it and I hung up.  Again today they called and refused to give me a mailing address for their firm.  The call back number left is 855-258-6272.  There are multiple state complaints under the 855 phone number.  They refer to themselves as AFS or Account Financial depending on which of their scam agents calls you.

They called me on 11/19 and the number on the caller id was 302-352-0102, but the call back number was 855-258-6272, Account Legal Services.  I won't call them back.  It is harrassment!
