keep calling me some debit collector

Keeps calling our new phone number. Number previously belonged to someone who owes someone money. They call me every day at 11am. Automated system. No way to tell a human that so and so no longer has this number.

You have been calling my cell phone. Please stop calling me. If you are a collaction agency, I don't owe anyone any money.

This is from the Law offices of Richard Grubart they are a collection company for medical bills. They have been calling for months! I have no one that has the names they are requesting!  Very annoying!

Ok i understand now i couldnt figure who i owe till i read this apparently my insurance denied my claim saying it was a prexsiting condition so now i owe conroe regional more than $93,000 plus some other expinses

This number calls my WORK number in a public govt office every day with a recording of some strange name they are looking for (not mine). I have called them several times and they claim my work number is not on their list! The last lady I called said she is going to lunch and is not taking my call. I am writing my US Senator about this number, that will take care of it once and for all.

I justed wanted to let you know that I do medical billing and you can fight the claims with your insurance company to have your claims paid. A lot of doctors do not process the billing correctly and do not appeal claims when they could be paid.

Left me a message about a debt (I don't have any!) When I called to speak to them, they gave me my phone number from 10 years ago! Wow, pretty desperate.

I got a call today from this number. They left an automated message from the Law office of Richard Grubart collecting debt from T mobile. They tried to explain the balance and when I started asking questions about their location and their firm, they hung up. I called back and they hung up on me  but not before I threated to report the number for fraud.

just got a call from 855-260-1559 - left a message that I'm served and their taking me to court.. WHAT???

These jerks called me and tried to get me to pay $476 for a bill I owed to t-mobile. I called t-mobile to figure out what the charges were and they told me I owed $271 for late bills. My family has a lot going on, so the bill slipped through the cracks and I made arrangements to pay it... But this "attorney's office" tried tacking on a bunch of extra charges or fraudulent charges, I'm not really sure. But if you get a call from them, definitely verify that you actually owe the money they are asking for!!! It sounds like they don't ask questions, they just try to take money from people left and right. Be careful!

con men move around dont they?  Sometimes the law catches up with them.  good riddance Breibart.

Trustee takes charge of Lexington attorney’s accounts, files

The files and bank accounts of prominent Lexington attorney Richard Breibart, who until recently headed a law firm of some two dozen lawyers and staff members, have been taken over by an outside attorney.

The lawyer, Mark Barrow of Columbia, was appointed by the S.C. Supreme Court “to protect the interests” of Breibart’s clients, according to the court’s order.

be careful same thing happened to me. next thing i know i am being followed and run off the road by these people sad thing about it they had wrong person i tried to tell them that he called me lier i have to get police to make them stop.

Call everday and some automated voice says hello , over-over again

I keep getting calls from 855-260-7347, I do NOT answer calls from unknown callers and they DO NOT leave any messages?  Today I googled that number and it is some debt collecting attorney.  I do NOT have ANY debt, so I called them and they are referring to some bill I have NEVER received from a doctor in Texas.  I had an ER charge that was completely written off by the hospital and I dismissed the issue.  I NEVER received bills from ANY ONE else in the matter and do NOT intend to answer ANY of their calls. I told her that. If they were legitimate, why would they NOT leave a professional message?

Robo-call. Calls for someone who is not me. Tells me to hang up if I am not the person they are calling for. Calls about once a week. Irritating!

this number is to intimidate people to they can collect their money. it is a strategy to get the full paid off payment. i called back they didn't answer and expect me to leave a message...no way
