Recorded voice says, "You have reached the office of Progressive..."  I'm guessing that it is the insurance company.  I get calls to a mobile number I've had for several years, that they consistently call and leave messages for some person, the same person, and I've told them I don't have a clue who it is. Either a bunch of [***], or they don't have a way to fix it in their system.

it is a 3rd party debt collector and im trying to file suit on them, for misconduct!!

These type of calls need to be stopped.

Here in California ... Consumers have protection from this type of call.

This company does not identify themselves by name ... a violation of law in CA.

They are calling our business number to try to obtain information about a third party ...

again that is a violation of law in CA.

In addition ... as I am not ... nor is anyone from our business ... the person they are calling

for information about ... this constitutes legal harassment.

You are never required to give out information to a debt collector ... let that be known to all.

Finally ... it is truly disgusting for 'parasite' businesses such as this ... to try and make a

profit from someone's unfortunate circumstances.

We need to have LOVE and Compassion for each other and "Do Onto Others As You Would

Have Them Do Unto You" !!!

I received a call from 8552634518 then other day from my job, and they also called my brother and told him that I listed him as my husband, and it has been a case against me.  Then there was a message on my office phone from a Diane Moore saying the same thing about a case against me with a case number and everything.  This is really getting on my nerves they had the nerves to look up people with the same last name and start harrassing them.  This has got to stop, they really think they are going to get information from other people on me.  They also wanted my address to my home, what kind of [***] is that.  Please find some kind of way to stop the calls.
