This person by the name of "Brianne" said she was calling from my county's processors office. She called my father's phone and asked for me. The number showed as restricted. She claimed that they had legal documents in my name and that I needed to call this number with my case number, within 48 hours. Otherwise proceedings could begin without my knowledge and approval.

I called my county's courthouse. Not only is there no processors department, but nobody by the name of brianne. The caller had an accent and sounded Spanish. The lady at the courthouse verified there are no Spanish people working in the courthouse or the sheriff's office. They recommend to report it to the police.

An actual Process Server is not going to have any conversation with you about any debt you owe, nor will they demand payment from you. If something like this happens, immediately call local law enforcement and make a full report including as much descriptive information as you can give them of the person impersonating a court officer.

My step daughter received yesterday July 22nd a phone call telling her "they were searching for me" and that I had to call them back as I was going to be filed and sued and to be served papers if I was not calling back right away.

I already received from time to time those calls which are SCAMS. I know. My name must have been picked somewhere and now they target all my family.

Got call from this number hour ago, they left voice mail,  demanding i call them back with a file number,  about a complaint forwarded to his office, about me. A  Man with accent gave name of Alan. Im glad i always google weird numbers before taking action.  I was worried for a minute.  Now i know its a scam.

Got a call on my cell today asking for my son and he needed to contact them with a file number to be served.  No way would anyone have my number for his name.  No accent.  Said he would probably know what this is about.  Glad I googled because it sounded too bizarre. Why would there be a toll-free number if it was for local stuff?

My elderly godparents got the same call and were scared until I told them it was a scam. The lady did not have an accent but said her name Brianne.

Got a call on Thursday saying the same thing. Scared me out of my wits. The caller name was Samantha Riley. She gave case number, for me to call within two business day or a case will be levied against me. Glad I googled.

Got the same call from someone looking for my dad, who has been deceased for 2 years now. Caller's name was "Evette Ramirez". Said someone filed a claim against him and the office would be forced to make a decision within 48 hours if he didn't call the 855 number. Glad to see its a scam.

Got a call from an unknown number, said his name was nick dean and told me to call this number regarding a complaint filed against me. Said the number was to the firm directly handling the complaint but didn't leave the name. Ahhh... Scared me, glad I googled.

I just got a call this morning a attorney named Debbie called said call them back or they will just rule against me in court ..I called back the number have the man "Robert Williams" a case number and then decided to look them up I felt uneasy about it and wow seeing all the comments! 1855 265 6780  x103. I got a call at WORK from a "Richard Ellis" listing a case number and stating they had a complaint against me- He was also requesting I call within 24hours or his firm would be "forced to take action without my consent" Since the caller ID was blocked and the call back number was an 800 number, I went looking for scam information on this number and found this site.

I just got a call for the second time. Firs time they said I had 24 hours  to reach my bother and have him call them back.They called again yesterday and then I looked up the number since it seemed odd that such an office would have a 855 number. Not really such who they are but I would like the calls to stop

This lady named Kristy Thornton called  my whole family  and harassing  my husband  at work I Googled  the number and now know it's  a  scam I called my family back and told them not to give my info out if they call again it's  crazy how people can harass  others all day and  get away with it

I got a call from a Dean saying there was a complaint. what are they trying to scam me out of?

Just got a call at work today from the same "company". They listed the call back number as 855-265-6780. First person that called was Christy Thornton and also a Alexander Brown called as well.  Was told that it was urgent and they needed an immediate response.  They also left a case number and said they needed to get legal documents to me.  Well, I've never heard of them and would most likely get something in the mail if this was a legit company.  I DO NOT plan to give out any personal information or call them back.

Similar thing happened to both myself and my SO. But he stupidly gave card information to stop further action. From this exact number. Have you heard anything since?
