Received call no message left

This number calls multiple times a day, all hours of the night and day. I typically never answer however I'm tired of their vms. This time I answered and indicated the person they are asking for does not reside here. they said I was probably put down for a reference. I asked what kind of company this was and they abruptly hung up.

Recording indicating that they are working on a claim against me.  I have spoken to them multiple times telling them to sue me already or stop calling me.  This is the THIRD scam company trying to "scare" me into paying them money.  These scam companies are the worst.  They don't have my real name, current address, or any real info other than the last 4 digits of my ssn.  They are so annoying and don't even bother trying to reason with them.  They aren't trained to deal with it and you're just wasting their time.

They just called me too. Though they did have my first and last name and the last 4 of my social but they said I owe them money on a debt I took out which I never did! Then they rudely said "then you'll just have to prove that." Wtf?! They're a scam indeed

This number calls all hours of the night. Finally got tired of them calling and answered. Theyre "CAM Processing" looking to collect a debt and asking for banking information. I told them to stop calling me and that they cannot call people after 9 pm and the man told me I was a liar.

Well here we go again!  Have been getting calls (as well as my sister and mom) for the past couple of weeks regarding some claim #: they also had the last four of my SSN. They are using multiple toll free numbers.  Block them...file complaint with FTC, AG of your state and do not answer or speak with them (or any of your family members) they will forever call.  Other research shows it is a company call Cam....or should be scam..because that is exactly what it is.

Same as others who have written comments and my third SCAM using SAME call format. I'm blocking the number now. Cannot believe there isn't something that can be done about these calls!!!  😛

People keep calling and calling me and my family's work. I have done the research over and over they are frauds. Every time they call the have new or different information about this loan I supposedly got years ago. Scary part is they had so much of my old information. I have taken steps to prevent them from getting anything from me! Pisses me off that they are so relentless!! Something needs to be done on this BS!!

These people have been calling me for weeks  and I keep blocking them, but they keep calling me from different numbers each time. What should I do?

They've been calling and not leaving a message, but I did get a scam call last week and I think this was the same number that they said to call to pay them. Basically, the guy said I had a payday loan that was not paid. I cut him off and told him I knew he was a scam and to get off my phone. He kept going and said someone was on their way to the courthouse with legal papers to sue me but he could be stopped if I paid 424.00. I told him to go right ahead and sue me. This guy would not give up and kept getting more and more outrageous with his claims.  What a loser!

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to stop the calls, they will just call from other fake numbers.   You, your family member, friend are in a robo dial, that will never end.   Report to FTC, Attorney General, Consumer protection.  They are known SCAM artists that are relentless.   Not sure how they do the job they do and sleep at night.    Shame on them!

I have been receiving these calls since June of 2014. I have never took out a payday loan. Different numbers keep calling and sometimes leave messages. When I do call back or answer they give me a claim number 3593....they then ask me if my the last 4 digits of my ss# is.....i tell them i don't give out that information until I know who i am talking to. Then they say they will not give me any info unless  I confirm these numbers. SO ON AND SO ON....finally i say if u don't stop calling me or my EX-husband i will contact my attorney. Then....they hang up.....this happens alot. I then block the  number but just call from another number....what can be done?????

These people called *again* via my home phone, office phone, cell phone and they even called my daughter's cell phone. They called about a fictitious payday loan. When I called them back, I made sure to let them know my return call was being recorded (my little sister is a lawyer). I specifically asked repeatedly for them to mail me the information on this loan (as is my legal right) so I could forward it to my attorney, and they categorically refused. They said since I was being "uncooperative" by bringing in an attorney, they would "forward" my claim to another (unnamed) entity. They kept saying they could resolve this now if I gave them $$$, but they were not "forcing" me to do this. I told them I would be happy to pay any LEGITIMATE claim, but I needed the information AND the transaction would be handled through my attorney. They hung up on me three times. I also let them know that if this was fraud, I would be filing criminal charges for fraud. I repeatedly asked for them to mail me information on the loan (i.e. the date, the name of the company, etc) but they said they would not mail it to me as just because they had my name, address and last four digits of my Social Security Number was proof enuf. I told them I have my bank statements, and would be happy if they could prove this (BS) loan, but they got frustrated and hung up. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY.

Major scam. Avoid these guys. They've called me a few times over the past year looking for "Elliott Fisher". That's my last name, but I'm not him.

This is at least the third number this scam has called from, "this message is intended solely for Cxxxx, Joseph" I blocked the others including a blocked number. Where the hell is the FTC? These SOB's have been calling for weeks

these are scammers. they have been calling me for the past year about a supposed payday loan i took out. never happened. i tell them every time do not call me and i am reporting this number.

These folks are idiots, but as long as there's an answer of some kind, they're convinced there's still hope they'll be able to rip you off. Try not taking these calls in any way and see what happens. They call and love numbers that have a reputation for having an answer so you can expect them to continue trying to drum up ways to cheat you out of your money.

I got to speak with Edwards yesterday and pretty much he confirmed that what they are doing is scamming people. They keep calling claiming I owe them money, but yet can't provided a validation of debt to me in writing, and they don't even have my correct last four of my social. They will call everyone in your family just because they are pieces of [***] and have nothing better to do. You can't get rid of them. I wish I could call their family members and threaten them oh wait I have a real job and morals.
