I recieved a call from 855-268-1606 with no message and no caller that cost me money on my cell phone.  There was no nmae associated with the call.

They called my magic jack phone and said nothing I hate when folks do that say sorry wrong number at least.

Got a call from that number and no one was on the line.

Time Warner cable promotions

This number has called several times. There is no one on the line when I answer.

Time Warner Cable Promotions... it calls you with noone on the line so that you will call back. it's an automated service they do to generate incoming calls...

There is actually someone on the line.  You just have to wait a few seconds before the rep comes on.  They are probably on an automated dialing system and it just random genereates calls to numbers and once you come on the line and say Hello, then it will send the call to one of their representatives.  But yes, it is Time Warner Cable trying to sell you service.

I blocked them.

I got a call from this number at 10:30pm.  If it was a solicitation, isn't that kind of late?

No message left for me. It could be TimeWarner, since I have service with them.

damn it time warner cable. you are everything i hate.

I got this call at work at 4:30 on a Saturday. Every time Time Warner makes a solicitation phone call, a dinosaur rapes a baby angel.

Calls my cellphone every week.  If you pick up and say hello, there's a robot starting TimeWarner promotion.  This time I say nothing, the robot is also quiet, then it will automatically hang up after about 10 seconds.  Too bad I cannot block callers from cellphone.  If there's another high-speed internet company in my area, I'm saying goodbye to TimeWarner.  Good thing I did not buy their cable or phone services, easy to get out.

This phone number has called my cell phone every day (Sun-Sat) for the past three years with the same woman on the line asking for the person who had my phone number before me. EVERY SINGLE DAY. She obviously does not understand English because I have told her repeatedly to stop calling me and remove my number from her calling list. Next stop is a lawsuit.
