I received a call from SS Group on 5/31/12 from Kim Alan stating that there was a formal complaint against me about several matters.  She left me the ph# 855-268-3314 and a case#. She says the next step is to file a case with the local court.  When I called the ph# listed above I get an automatic menu asking me to enter an extension or wait for the next legal rep.  I just want to know who filed the complaint before I go calling anyone's law office.

Just got a call (at work) from a Kim Allen saying I should call this number. She said Travis County Process and Summons. When I ask for her number she refused. It is a collection agency and they will not send any information on who or what I owe mony to. CAN YOU SAY SCAM!!!!!
