Franklin Collections - do not answer. This is a bogus debt submitted to them by ATT on a phone I bought 10 years ago...they just bought the debt in January when I got a different internet provider. That is some kind of terrible business practice. I will be pursuing it legally against both for posting this on my credit when it is not even valid and calling to harass me.

I have been receiving calls from this number every night after 9:30 pm. They are relentless in calling, however whenever I callback it just keeps ringing. At one point I waited for a minute and it was still ringing. If this sort of harassment does not stop some sort of legal action will need to be taken.

Any call after 9pm is a direct violation of the FDCPA.  They are only allowed to call between the hours of 8am-9pm.
