They called me saying I owe Wachovia Bank

They called me and told me my wife has a to be served.... I think this is a scam because nobody has served her....

Why is that "rogelio"? Does your father-in-law want her back because you couldn't make the payments? Is she over-worked & you can't afford another one? Or is it that even in the best of times, she doesn't know you're there?
Indian scammers are always complaining. You should hear their wives...

No one gets a heads up they'll be served - the court-appointed process server just shows up, unannounced.  Sounds like another debt scammer attempting to scare you and your wife into paying either a bogus debt, a debt that has already been paid, or even a debt that is owed - but not to the caller!

Has anyone called this number?? They left this number with an actual case number.They said that I was being sued?? A process server will bring me my documents and by signing them I am agree to go to court to have a garnishment on my check

The original call was from a restricted # and I was told to call 855-271-5780 and ask for Mr. Brandon Moore
about a legal matter concerning a court appearance I was being ordered to make but would not tell me what it was about

They called me from a private number and said I needed to talk to the attorney clerk, gave 8552715780 and a case number and told me to call back. Used my maiden name, not my married name even though I have been married for over 4 years, didn't tell say what state, District, county, etc the attorney clerk was associated with, and called my brother and my husband. Called them back but no answer.

It's a debt collector trying to scare you into paying an old debt or even a debt that doesn't exist.
