I got the same phone call too. It's BBVA Compass Bank, for some survey. I just called the number back

It's a BBVA Compass follow-up survey call after you have a business or service with them. I went to the branch for some personal business few days ago.

I bank with compass but haven't done anything besides making deposits and paying bills online and never been called before. If i'm still your customer than i'm obviously happy with my service, no survey needed.

Received same call - stating calling for survey from bbvaCompass Bank.  Start out by 'reassuring' me that they will not be asking personal questions, or bank account information!  Went on to request confirmation that I had visited a local bank branch recently.  Really?!  Just confirming that I had indeed visited that branch, would also confirm that I actually had an account at that bank - another piece of information that could be used for identity theft!

This is a legitimate survey. When I opened a new account, the branch manager told me a survey company would be calling. Not a scam, just trying to find out about how the customer service was.

I get a call from this number every few days. Never leaves a message.  I seriously doubt it is a legitimate Compass/BBVA Survey as I have not had an account or activity with them for over seven years.

This is a survey from bbva compass bank. If you don't answer, they will not leave a message and instead call back later. The survey doesn't take long if you want to do it.

Rejected caller so it went to voice mail. No voice mail left. I don't answer unknown callers. I put the caller on my reject lists. Let BBVA or whoever eat [***]!

This number called our business at 6:45 pm and did not leave a message.  We do not do now nor have we ever done business with Compass Bank.

I have been called from this number five times at about the same time every afternoon.  I don't answer.

Haved stopped answering these calls.  Do not know why the bank is calling me and don't intend to find out either.

This number didn't call me, but I got a computer virus with a pop-up directing me to call this number in order to resolve the issue. Apparently, the owner of this number is involved in a variety of scams.

When that message pops up on your pc, hit ctrl + alt + del and open task manager. From there, end all tasks you have open. The warning goes away, and I haven't had any other issues since. I did do a full scan on my pc afterwards to make sure it was free of a virus. Needless to say that if you call that phone number it won't be Microsoft or any bank from what I've read in other comments. I believe it's a phishing scam, that when you call, they will ask you personal questions attempting to steal credit card numbers or your identity.

Try not going to questionable websites.
