Called and left a vm on my cellphone today trying to tell me to get a lawyer in my county that i had 24 hours to call them back or it will go to court, they said it was concerning a bad check? funny i dont have a bank account . dont know who they are ?

I have no debt! I have no checking or savings account period, never had them never will!

Then maybe you are a reference for a friend that has a debt or if they are calling for you then maybe identity fraud, have no idea.  Just trying to give advice

I got a call from this number saying that if I did not return their call that I would be in big trouble.  The trouble I got into was payday loans back at the beginning of the year and with my divorce had to file bankruptcy unfortunately and these loans were in that bankruptcy.

The scum of the world is these payday loan companies.  Charging ridiculous amounts of interest to get rich on people that are seeing hard times.

CALLING MY JOB, DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE, CLAIMING CALLING FROM WESTCHESTER COUNTY & THAT I SHOULD CALL THEM BACK. WON'T EVEN TELL ME WHAT THE CALL IS FOR. IS THERE A WAY TO FILE A REPORT AGAINST THESE PEOPLE ? THIS MIGHT BE ONE OF THOSE SCAM.

Just got a voice mail saying that there has been fraudulent activity involving my name and social security number. And after numerous attempts to contact me the company is now taking legal action unless I call back to settle this voluntarily. Yeah.. ok.
