Got a call earlier from this very number. Left no voice-mail or message behind.

Its a call center for internet car sales leads, call the number back and ask to be taken off the list.

BASED ON THE COMMENTS ABOVE, I THINK IT IS A CALL BACK FROM DAVE EDWARDS TOYOTA IN SPARTANBURG, SC - OR A MARKETING FIRM THAT THIS DEALERSHIP EMPLOYS - SINCE I MADE AN EMAIL INQUIRY ABOUT A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP & I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO GIVE MY PHONE #. ACTUALLY, THEY WOULD NOT PROCESS MY INQUIRY WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER. I EXPCECTED TO GET A DIRECT CONTACT FROM THE DEALERSHIP - I'M DONE WITH THEM.

Number has been calling 3-5 times a day for the past four days. It started happening right after I jnquired about a couple cars at PA dealerships so (based on the comments above) this must be some sort of national auto sales service. Really annoying though.

I, too, have recently made an internet inquiry at Ford.com and am now getting a call from this number daily, a couple times per day. I do not answer unknown numbers, and they don't leave a message.

They called me just now and on Tuesday.  Didn't leave a message.  I've recently made car inquiries so I'm guessing that's it :-/

Got internet quote from Ford. Number called 2 times left no mesage. Called back and it is a telemarket service for Ford selling vehicles.

ive been getting a ton of calls from this number. i called back an Mountain States Toyota of Denver, CO answered.

This is a marketing firm dealers use. It has to be. I called BMW of Charlottesville 3 days ago and someone from this number has called over 30 times. They never leave a message. I called them back today and they know my name but not the car I called about. I called the dealership but they deny knowing anything about it. Their general sales manager did not take my call when the receptionist claimed 'she' was available. If you do not want to be harassed this way, do not do business with BMW of Charlottesville!  I regret calling them.

I called back as well and it said "Thank you for call for quality of service this call may be recorded" and then disconnects. Isn't their something that can be done? When I pick up there is no one on the line and it seems that this has no solution. April 16 2013.

It may very well have something the automotive industry. I gave a text message to a dealer Hyundai of Greer SC to inquire about servicing my car and the internet sales team called me and told me they would pass on my inquiry. I left my number as they have it but there you are automotive related. The calls started the very next day.
