This company called several people I know and my own cell saying they had important papers for me.  They said they need to identify me by my SSN!  These people are scammers!  They are harrassing me!

I also got a call from them,  as did my ex wife and current girlfriend,  they said they were going to contact my work,  and HR.  I told them to mail me the papers. They said it was for Kingston financial. They've been harassing me for a year. I've checked my credit,  I have no debts whats ever.

This number called me and my sibling stating they were from the legal dept at ara processing but would not provide details when I asked about the organization ARA. They stated I wrote fraudulent checks but I don't write checks at all. Also asked for my SSN. When I insisted and asked additional questions and wouldn't provide my SSN she told me to shut up and said that I wish I could do her job. What??? This is a SCAM!! Stay away!

Someone contacted my sister. This is a scam.

This is a total scam. These people called a relative of mine indicating that they were trying to get in contact with me. I called them back and they could not provide me with their Tax ID number, reason for call, and who they were representing. This is a total scam.

This # is a huge scam and the people that work there are the rudest.  Stated I was going to be served legal documents at my job and that if I would pay $500.00 no further action would be needed.  I asked to speak to supervisor and was transferred to a supposed para-legal jerk who just kept giving me the run around.

Well of course it is a scam.  The idea is to scare you into paying extortion money.
