these people called saying I won a two hundred dollar gas card,but in order to get it you pay a small fee with a credit or debit card so that you can get this card. which I think is a scam

Received a text from 6504213991 asking to call 8552783884 also for a $200 gas voucher about five mins ago.

The following number 650-421-3991 said Thnx for Visiting our Site. Claim your $200 Gas Voucher & $20 Gift. Only 97 left. Call Now 855-278-3884 Reply STOP 2 Unsub.

Best part is that I didnt visit any site and my number is on the national do not call list, this should work for texting too.

$200 gas voucher scam

i recieved a txt from 650-483-7439 & this number claiming i won a voucher also. i text back stop to the 855-278-3884 and still continue to recieve txts. i called to get info and a person with an indian accent stated his name was neil anderson. i asked what the company's name was and he hung up on me. i got on line and seen this info and called them and a female answered. i informed her that i was reporting this number to the FBI and the BBB. i said good luck with your business and for once i hung up on them. lol

we'll see if i still get harassed. . . . . . . . . .

Received a text directing me to call this number and receive a gas card/voucher.  Did not call.  Replied Stop.  Would like to know who sold my info.  Best guess is a resume-builder website as I've received other spam calls from career-builder type companies.

I have been receiving texts every day for the past 3 days from number 6504836849 asking to call 8552783884 for $200 gas voucher. I have texted "stop" and received no reply back and texts continued. When I called them it says it's the Promotional Hotline - a person with an Indian accent picked up and said "Are you calling to claim your voucher". I requested to be removed from the list. He said "I will remove you" and hung up immediately. We'll see if they stop texting now.
