A recorded message stating that they will be serving a subpoena to my home, FRAUD!  Blocked the number, left no details about the fake debt that I supposedly owe. Sick of these people calling and threatening people with this crap.

This number called talking about serving papers. I have no debt and I pay my bill. This is a scam call. Don't call back. I wish these people would get a life.

They have called me and left messages before. First time it was the local constable, that was a tip it was a fraud. This time its verifying address because it's a "final phone notification". Wish there was a way to track down these scum bags

Just got a call for this for my wife.  Said it was Mark Wallace.

Scam...fixing to serve a report?  Don't have a clue what they are talking about...

A guy saying that they need my information to send "documentation" to my address, and this is the "final notification" by telephone.
I can tell this is a fraud because everyone has my address, certainly all my bills do. Thank you all above for your comments to help rest my mind that this is just another scam. [***]!

Just got a call from a MARK WALLACE!!! I see him name is pretty famous, as I read the comments already left. Stated that papers would be serve to my house and a verification of employee would be done if I didn't call the office back. He stated this would be the last time I had to call and settle!! Fraud!!!

So Tired of this BS. This is the fourth time this has happened to me. I just roll my eyes now and block their number.....

Got a call today too from Mark Wallace. Boy he sure makes his rounds lol they use to call from a company named "TAG" now it's CFS   same crap lies about some payday loan I never had. When I ask for them to mail me a statement or invoice they get all uptight and say they don't correspond by mail only after I make a payment that just proves to me that their scammers. I keep blocking the number and then they call back from another local number,  so I blocked it too.  This goes on for a few days and then they don't call for a few weeks and then will start up again.  I reported them a few times and then the calls stopped. I will report this call too!

Just got the same call only minutes ago. Same claim, I'm being served and they're verifying my address and employment. At least now I know its a fraud.

Same as above.  I have had a few of these.  I just tell them that I have legal representation and that it is the Attorney General.  That stops the call.

Infuriated. Keep getting these calls. For a pink slip Liam. Can't tell me anything but I am going to court. Comments at least put me to ease.

I also received a call from "Mike Wallace". It's all a scam and I blocked the number.

I have been recieving these scam calls for the last couple of weeks. They come in on different numbers. I will block this one too.

same as everyone else.. serving me with final phone notification only they have final noticed me via phone communication 4 times now. they have even called members of my family and my last place of employment. they call 2-3 times a day then i wont hear from them again for a few weeks. i figure if they want me bad enough they can come get me. we all know that if they really wanted to find us the process servers would be knocking on our door instead of harrassing phone calls. SCAM! This number called my husband asking for my social security number to clear up debt in my maiden name.

Obviously, Mr. Wallace is running through numbers today.   Same message as the rest.   Jeez...no creativity in this scam.   Anyway....time to block this ignorant individual.

Just recived a call from them as well saying they need to verify my address.  Have no idea what this is about but I'm blocking the number.  I have all my bills paid on time and check my credit regularly so I KNOW there is nothing outstanding.  FRAUD......

Yep same message just a few minutes ago. Mark Wallace.  Had me thinking for a minute cuz that is the name of my grandparents Estate Lawyer here in Michigan. Maybe I'll give the REAL Mark Wallace a call. Definitely a scam though because I don't have any debt and if I did they would have my address.
