Lady told me i had to call this number 855 279 0679 and tell them my case number and was asking me my address which she already had she wanted to confirm which i didnt.  They also called my husbands phone asking for me and telling him they had 2 court documents they need to serve me  but wouldn't give me any more info when i kept asking.

I got the same call today. She told me they were about to deliver court documents saying I had to go to court because of some online payday loan (THAT I DIDN'T GET BTW). I told her I didn't know what the heck she was talking about and she said I'd have to go to court and prove it. Of course I can't so then she said they would let me pay $350. I told her I didn't have $350 so she said they were about to serve me. She had my address and the last 4 of my social. It's scary! I never got a loan anywhere so I know this has to be a scam but how the heck does she have my social??? I called back and asked what her company's name is and she said, " Processing and releas division".  what??!! That's the company name?? really ??  I got AFS out of the initial recording so I don't know what to do.

I received a vm message from this number from a woman looking for my husband.  She left a case file #.  I called back and was transferred to a polite young man named James.  He said we owed a payday loan.  He said it was a company called Access Holdings LLC but that this is just the corporation under which a lot of pay day loans originate.  I pressed for a lot of information none of which he could give me like the name of the original company, etc.  He said the loan originated in 2011 or 2012 and was charged off in December of 2013.  Said the loan was originally 400.00 and was now 590.00 and that they were going to serve me with court papers.

I just got off the phone with James as well, He said the exact same thing to me. I have no idea what this is about and I told him good luck finding me!
