- Beth Dakine replies to beth dakine| 1 replyFinally got throught to 1-888-730-6333 extension 3472, spoke to Mr. Randy Grant, explained the situation. He assures me my number will be removed from the caller list. I hope this problem is resolved. If not will refer him to my husband's work number with O.P.P. that might help the situation.
- Tracy| 2 repliesMy husband has a popular name & unfortunately he ( along with many others I'm sure ) has been targetted by a collection agency calling for CIBC. My husband has never had any dealings with CIBC & he's mentioned this every time they call & to remove from their 'list' which of course doesn't happen.
Two days ago we received another of these calls, the caller giving his name as Keith 'Swars' ( not sure of spelling ), his extension and at the end of his message he quickly blurted out PIC which could be Partners in Credit.
I've been reading up on collection agencies in Canada, our rights, what to do to get them to stop calling the wrong person, etc....but for now our answering machine message tells future ca. callers they have the wrong person. Will it stop them ? We'll see.- Caller: Partners in Credit
- Call type: Debt collector
- StonyjGotten numerous calls from them, but never when we're home. Called them once and made it clear that the person they were trying to reach was not at that number. Still getting calls from them.
Having read the other posts I'm wondering what I should do. Call the Better Business Bureau? Call CIBC that they say they're collecting for?- Caller: PIC regarding CIBC matter
- Call type: Debt collector
- unknownThis company keeps calling everyone that I know and when I answer the calls they hang up. No answers from them they are just annoying.

- Katey KayeTry emailing them Partners In Credit, info@partnersincredit.com
Every time they call your phone, send them a message-- if you owe them money, they can call you- that's life. If you have a recycled cell phone number, like I do, and the person who owned that number before you was a deadbeat, then you should contact them. I have emailed them, no response yet.- Caller: Partners In Credit

- Amber replies to Tracy| 1 replyI have a sheet that I print out and fax to them. States the law and that if these people want to talk to me, they are to send me mail only. I have threatened a few with lawsuits when they don’t follow the fax. [***] them down fast and easily.
- Tygerkat replies to Amber1, your reply is 12 years too late.
2, you need to send that request by certified mail so you know they received it. They can simply claim they never received your fax & you can't prove they did so your threat of a lawsuit is pointless. - Marsha RubenThey always call my cell and leave a message and not say anything
