- JB| 3 repliesI did not answer the phone so the left a message. They gave me a different first name but correct last name on the message and told me to call 866-615-3453 with an assigned case number they gave me. I've called both numbers numerous times and neither is connecting to anyone. This may be a scam.

- Tired of callsHad been getting these calls for a bogus person for a few days; have had my phone number a LONG time, so quite sure it's not for the previous number holder. I called phone company and had it blocked and within 20 minutes, they used a different number. I now get multiple calls per day from several different 855 numbers, have had a couple more blocked, but they just keep coming.

- Do not answerSCAM SCAM SCAM....they aggressively tried to tell me I owed on an old pay day loan and need to pay immediately or else they were filing a summons on me. I called the original lender who is in NO WAY associated with this company and confirmed I owed nothing. When I called this number back to ask how they got my info (had my bank and last 4 of my acct number) the lady got VERY belligerent with me.

- emThis is a scam. A bogus company who refuses to send proof of alleged debt and refuses to tell you anything other than a claim has been filed against you. I told them I am not verifying anything with them because 1) they do not identify themselves when they call. By law, they have to identify themselves and indicate they are a debt collector 2) they have not sent a debt validation notice, which they are required to do by law. I told them to send me a debt validation notice because no one is going to talk to them again until it has been received. They told me since I was refusing to verify my info they would pursue suing me. I told them if they are stupid enough to sue me, I will counter sue them. I am documenting every call--date, time, message, number that showed up on caller ID and return call number. I have already reported these people and there are numerous complaints about them all over the internet. Ask them for their physical address, a phone number, a license number. If they get belligerent or refuse to give you that info, tell them you know it is a scam and you are reporting them. I have now blocked two of the numbers they call from, but they call me from other numbers. Do not verify anything with them, certainly not your social security number or banking info. Refuse to talk to them unless or until you receive a debt validation notice. If they are a legitimate company, they will abide by the FDCPA. By the way, these people first called me on 1/11/16. I talked to a person from this fraudulent company on 1/15. They are still calling, and I have not been served with any papers, nor have I received anything in the mail from them. SCAM!!!

- PhilologerMost definitely a scam. I got a rash of these calls on my cell phone--even though I don't give my number out to more than a handful of very close friends--a few months ago. The robo-caller always said she or he was trying to track down someone with a name I didn't recognize for some sort of debt-related business. Finally, I called the number, read the person I spoke with the riot act and threatened turning the company over to my state attorney general or the FCC or FTC, and the calls stopped. Now I've gotten five or so calls within the past two or three days, none of which I answered. Someone at the state or federal governmental level needs to put a stop to these nuisance calls once and for all.

- JMThey are harassing me, my husband and my family. They will not give an account number only a claim# and tell my family I will be summoned and it will cost $2500, they are pressuring my family saying they have to pay today with a credit card and when I tried calling back, the line is either busy or disconnected. This is a scam!!

- Penelope| 1 replyThese people called me at 6:30 this morning telling me I owed a payday from 2012. First of all, I wasn't even living in the state of the alleged transaction (FL) nor did I ever work for the employer they named. Second of all, I have NEVER received a notice of debt on the alleged transaction. This was the first I had EVER been contacted. They attempted to get my SS# and my bank account number, which I wouldn't give them. Then they threatened to contact my 85 yr old mother who has a heart condition and by no means needs to be harassed by these scammers. I would like to know the proper authorities to report them to. Thank you.

- JulieI have been receiving multiple calls from this number AND my parents received a call even though I haven't lived with them for 15 years. Same thing, leaving messages with a claim number and even saying they were going to call my human resources to get a garnishment. They hung up on me when I told them they were a scam. The calls have lessened, but still getting them.

When they call me, I refuse to talk to them further if they do not adhere to the FDCPA. By law, they have to send a debt validation notice within 5 days of first contacting you. These people are scammer, though, so they don't care about the FDCPA. Do not give them any of your information and tell your mother not to fall for their high pressure and illegal tactics. They will not sue you, have you arrested, or take any legal action against you. All they want is money, and they don't care how they get it. - ValFemale just asked if I had time to take an "Oklahoma Survey". I told them no.
