Law Office of Lupin & Leak.  Appears to be a debt collector.

Got a call today from "private" phone number that there is a complaint against my name ans SSN (though neither was mentioned) from a person I do not know. Claim to be from Law Firm Rubin&Yates. Asked to call back on this number. Sounds highly suspicious: fishing?

My husband has received the same phone call but they have been calling my cell phone leaving messages saying that he had a civil suit filed against him. They want him to give them money and said if he doesnt it will become a criminal matter. I have tried reverse looking up the phone number and tried searching for a Law Office of Lupin & Leak all over the internet and I cannot find anything.

I have received a couple of messages from these people. I cannot find any information on them.

I got a phone with the same number..At first i talk to them but i didnt give them much info which a good thing. They says he a lawyer . but when i look him up for working for the so called company  i cant find him. Everything i look up is complaints and even there a website site but you got put info in and doesnt tell you much of them.  I have been ingoring their calls  they always leave a msg.. They been callin with diff numbers and even restricted numbers just to try to get me to answer the phone,  They even call my work and i do not know how they know where work or where they get my new number.  but they call my work its just a hello and they hang up.  irritates me and i hope they will stop

Got a message at work at 6:44 after everyone is gone from the office. it says the office of Lupin & Leak i think (it's not very clear). it said to call in reference to some file and to ask to speak with Ms. Yojamel. I think is a debt collector because the message plays more than 1 time.

Got same call today  Anyone know anything. Have no idea what they want

I got a call from these people. Rubin and Yates at 855-284-5914 extension 120 Mrs Martin they were calling about collection debt about a bankruptcy that we had 4 years ago. The lady that I spoke with was an answering service, summer townhomes in Austin, Texas. Well to me it just sounds like what creditors trying to get money from people i.e. can like ambulance chasers.

Received call/voicemail from phone number 716-650-2640 which shows up as NY, USA.  The voice mail message states she is Sophia Martin from the firm of Ruben & Yates and that the message is intended for (insert name here) and the last four digits of the social security number are ____.  Says a formal complaint has been filed against me and that it is very imperative that I or my legal counsel call back or the matter will be sent to my local jurisdiction for further review.  Instructs me to call 1-855-284-5914 ext. 120 and to reference case # 154(xxx).  This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!  DO NOT ANSWER!!! DO NOT ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
