Been getting same calls.  No message, just hang ups.  Been receiving and ignoring letters from company Resort Notification Services ( my husband got to mail before me and opened letter).  This is concerning Timeshare/ or timeshare maintenance fees.  It think they r trying to solicit ts owners to sell their tshares. They call under this number and also 866-590-7025.

Received a letter stating that I now qualify to permanently eliminate all future Timeshare Maintenance Fees if I respond by February 12th. Funny... I don't and never have, owned a timeshare! Just one more scam for people to be aware of!

I got a letter today saying that i now qualifiy to permantly eliminate all future Timeshare Maintenance Fees....I do not nor did i ever own time shares of any kind....letter was sent from Resort Notification Services 534B Vagas Dr.Suite 342 Las Vagas NV 89108-2347 phone # 855-739-7300 ....I also have had several calls from the same party that sent me this letter.with a different phone#.....

Received same letter. Questioned party at the phone no. It seems that Wyndham resorts has been renting their units to outside people who do not pay maintenance fees. They are pocketing the money and continuing to raise fees to keep the units refurbished. This company says they can eliminate maintence fees because of wrong doing on the part of Wyndham resorts. Who knows what they really are up to?

I got a letter like that too . I have received something like it several times before. I thought maybe someone used my identity to buy a time share. I don't know what they're up to , but i'm not bitin'.

this  is  a  scam  evolving   the same   letter  head  in   different  states    they  get  the  names  off  purchased   mail  list      when   you  call they  say  it  is  a  mistake   and   hang  up

Just got the same letter about time share maintenance.   Called and was told it was a mistake.   Informed the person on the other end that if a "mistake"  happens again I would have my attorney contact them instead of myself.    They hung up real quick.

I also received the letter must respond by march 7th with ref #14767695, and ph #855-517-9700, total BS, do not own a time share and never did.  I will use Dan above idea and about the attorney.

They sent this letter to my brother's address but with my name on it - we live 400 miles apart!  Wonder why they are even bothering to waste time & money on this BS.

   I received a letter from Resort Notification Services in April also, and also do not own a timeshare. I reported the company to the postal inspectors as a mail fraud at https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/

   I also reported the company to the Federal Trade Commission as a timeshare/real estate fraud at www.ftc.gov

 
   There is a complaint form and phone numbers for the Nevada attorney general's/real estate fraud office, but I could not make the complaint form work on line. There is also an e-mail link and a couple of phone numbers.

   It seems to me that with an office in Florida, as proven by the zip code on the envelope, and an office in Las Vegas, as proven by the different zip code on the letter, that these scammers would fall under the RICO statute for interstate crime, but I'm not a lawyer. If anyone complains to their attorney general, or the AG in Nevada, this might be useful information.
