This company is a scam.

Being sued for check fraud against name and SN# & to please contact NCW company. This is also a fraud as I have NOT had a checking account for over 5 years.

Someone called this morning saying something against my SSN#;  I called back and for some reason unable to get the person on the phone.  Will do a part 2 after I see what is going on.

Called them last week & told them I am not "you" and I have no case with them.  Told them to stop calling my #.  Got a personal call back in lieu of an automated one from Mr. Davis and received a message with a tone intended to "scare".  Oooh..F'n [***].  He said to call him at 855-286-1922. Just left him another message as their automated system called me back today twice and left two messages.  This is harassment.  Told him to stop calling my # as I instructed him to do last week.  Do these people really think working people sit at home all day and wait for them to call?  This has to stop.  If it continues I will report to FCC.

You should report it to FCC the first time.  They will send you a copy of the complaint which you can keep for a record.

Yesterday, I got a message on MY phone from Amy Robinson too, contacting Jessie for a civil complaint case # against the name and social security number. contact 855-286-1922.  What exactly is this NCW?  She did not even say who she was with or calling from; she just went on to leave the messge: This is Amy Robinson....

this message is for -  and or someone else I dont even know!  You must call or have your attorney call.WE have a full fraud investigation opened call with case number.I looked into payday loans,I never completed it.! or ever recieved  any $.I have not had a checking account in years...should I be worried about this?what should I do.They are saying this is a time sensitive matter and to call right away!   they said they are ncw!

i got a call the other day from this number saying they were from NCW. the woman said the call got nasty and they would like to settle out of court if at all possible. She also said that it is being held against my social security number. What should i do because i have no idea what is going on or why they called me

I received a threatening message on my work number from a Mr. Clifton at this number, extention 109....I am not going to even call them back because I know I've done nothing to warrant a pending legal case that myself or my attorney should call them back.  Must be a scam!

I got a call from a Mr Sanders from 855-286-1922. He actually called my cell phone then my job and left a message stating to call him back.

Called looking for family member saying they or attorney needed to call today

I got a message on my answering machine from Mrs. Castleman who said she is a legal assistant at NCW.  She told me to call her back at 855-286-1922 extension 105.  I called this number a couple times and reached voicemail.  I have no idea what this is about and think it's a fake and not a legitimate call.

I have to say this is not a scam. I at first thought so. Even after I made arrangements with them was still not sure.  Did my homework.  I went back to the company I had really forgotten I owed.  Called them up. They gave me the name of the collection company they sold debt to. Called them; they gave me the name of the CA they sold to; called them and after 4 companies...Spoke with a nice young mans who pulled up my account and told me that he sees where I spoke to an Leagal Assistance and sees the payment arrangements. Told me the dates and amounts.  :) I got my letter emailed to me as promised from NCW.
I have to say I called and panic and was about to cancel all.....Ms Johnson called me back. Bottom line is that I owe this debt and rather I had forgotten about it 2 years ago or not, it now has to be dealt with.  Best advise I can give is that if you owe it, find a way to talk to these ppl and work it out.
If you are rude with them, they will be rude back. Yes we have rights, so do they.  

Right at Christmas time I don't like having to budget this money out but hey I will have to do what I have to do!

How r they a scam u guys owe the money it's on Ur credit reports and u just thought u could get away with stealing money now Ur all pissed cause Ur forced to pay It back and these slanderous comments that r posted r just the angry thiefs trying to justify there wrong doing by slandering this company
