calling for someone that does not live here

I got message from this call everyday for a week! just delete if you get it.

Got a message today from this number, nasty person.  Said call hin extension 453 Galal or something.  Pending Civil suit.  No company name or anything given and they have to leave that info.  These are fishers and Scams as always, they call on unknown numbers and threaten you.  I will be contacting state attorney General

I got a call today from them also They Hollar in the phone like they are trying to intimadate me. I knew right off it was a scam. We have no delinquent creditors. So they will not be getting a returned call..

They have been calling me for weeks and threaten to have papers filed in court against me. Still waiting. Not sure as they do sound convincing.

I have gotten several calls from this number, but today is the first time they left a message.  They say I need to call them regarding a court date for a pending civil suit, and I need to call them NOW!! The thing that kills me is they are asking for me a s my maiden name..Ive been married for nearly 7 years, which means the dept is outta time....not sure what to do now.  I know they are fishing, but should I call them back or let it go??

Got a call via a msg # and was told to call 855-287-7078 ext 453.  dealing with an impending Cival lawsuit.  What a crock of horse mess this all is. They tried to demand I make arrangemets to pay this old debt.  I have never had the credit card they said I had, and just said they would be filling against me in court in my county.  This is the second such type message I have gotten from something like this.
PEOPLE DON'T LET THESE FOOLS INTIMINDATE YOU INTO PAYING SOMETHING YOU DO NOT OWE. This kind of scams are running rampant everywhere.  Do not be a victim!!

I got a call from 855-287-7078 a few days ago. First, he asked for my dad, then, he asked for me by my maiden name. I took a message for myself because I wasn't available. The guy, Galal ext.453, said there was a pending civil suit and that I needed to contact them immediately. I asked him what this was pertaining to and he said something about the bank of delaware. Bank of Delaware? I've never even driven through Delaware, let alone open up an account there. My opinion is this, if there is some legal issue going on, wouldn't I have received some sort of paperwork? Exactly! It's a bunch of BS! Don't give any info to these losers!

My mother got a call from 855-287-7078 ext. 432 asking for me concerning a civil suit. I haven't lived with my mother for nearly 30 years. obviously someone trying to scam either her or me. She'll start logging any further calls and then we can sue them.

I have no dealings with NCW, but they have been calling my daughters cell phone for weeks now, and she has been just deleting the messages. This week they stated calling many times a day leaving messages in a rude tone of voice. So yesterday afternoon, I called the company to have her number removed from the file they were calling about, didn't know the person referred to with the file. I wasn't treated with any respect, and they are the ones bothering us!!! WE owe them NOTHING!!! I was hung up on, so I just called them back, and then again, and then again. I even called them again today to inform them to remove the number they are calling, and they weren't nice then either, telling me that the number had already been removed. I told them that I was going to continue bothering them about removing the phone number just as many times as they have called my daughters phone and bothered her. I can only laugh about it because they are the ones wanting money, getting rude and wasting their time, and still getting NO MONEY!!!

These people call me day and late evening.Talking like fools,threatening me!!! I don't owe anyone and don't have any old bills that I owe.They also said I have something returned to my bank.Don't you know my bank would let me know?? It's all lies and I'm tired and sick of these people.WHAT CAN WE DO TO STOP THIS????

Getting multiple calls from this number above. Also getting a 888-889-6322 from a Male stating he was an investigator. Total crock.

Try this... Take the "toll free" number they had to pay to set up and phone bomb them. This link takes you to a site that makes automated phone calls. Works great.

Yes they keep calling and sending me letters in the mail saying I owe them 1216.84 and it was for a credit card hahaha I never even owned a credit card what Dumb Ass people in the world SCAM SPAM

I just got a message from a Mr. McCominsky at this number. He told me about a pending lawsuit and upcoming litigation. Even had a case number. Said he had two days to talk to me outside of the court system. I'm also the "sole defendant" in a "pending civil suit." I think he got his script from The Perry Mason show. If he calls back, I'm gonna yank his chain, big time. I'll do a reverse Jerky Boys on him.

They've called my phone for over a month now, everyday. Left message "This message is for (blank - doesn't even say my name) please call us at toll free number for an important message 855-287-7078." I called back and this Jack A @# answers and I told him to take me off list and he had wrong number and he chewed me out and hung up on me! Well if that didn't @#*% me off! I called back and chewed him out! Jerks! Don't waste your time even calling them back!

Keep receiving messages from 855-287-7078 stating that a payment was returned from my bank. Nothing has been returned and they are treatening me stating they are filing a law suit and I need to contact them ASAP. They don't even know my name on the message and didn't even leave a file #. They also suggested that I contact my legal council. I have received nothing in the mail and when I call them back they are very rude.

NCW has been calling for weeks, leaving parts of threatening messages to setle an account I never had from a SS# that is not mine.  Every week they threaten a court action next week.  Still waiting.  These people are rude, not a credit agency, and are phishing for imformation or attempting to intimidate.  The have been told to end the harassment but do not sem to care. I am currently recording their messages to forward to the State Attorney General's Office.

Caller referred to himself as Mr. Smith about a pending lawsuit - used the name of my late husband so obviously bogus, but still unsettling. Needs to be addressed by attorney general.

no this company is real.. I had a credit card from 2007 that I stop paying, it was on my credit report.. I owed 1367 and they settled it for 500 in two month.. plus they updated it on my credit. they use contact me thru my sister. they have access to relatives... this company is NOT NoT NOT BOGAS AT ALL!!

look company on your credit report that they claim you owe, have them give you a account num, i  calle them and had my attorney look it up and it was real.. i do owe the debt.. but I cant pay it,so now I eas sent a letter to appear in court... now its too late and I really thougt it was b.s when they called...
