Need to block 855-288- 2101 These people claim to repair malicisous software on your computer. Not true. These so called computer technical supports/technicians,did not remove the viruses,"hackers". I need to take my computer to a US computer technician. The fee $200.00 was for my personal files,passwords,etc.

These people claim to be Micosoft they are not they are scammets

There was a note on my computer that i couldn't  access hot mail.l did call the number A support person answered said i had been hacked he put on an expert tech who said there were 4 places that had hacked into my computer. he spent 30 minutes removing what he said was malware. i did give my credit card was charge $ 99.99. now i have to call credit card company visa and get a new card. is this a fraudulent company

We have been scammed by 855-288-2101. I attempted to enter Microsoft .com and had a pop up window open that would not allow me into the sight, it said to call 855-288-2101 for technical support. I called this number and was told that for 349.99 they would repair and give lifetime protection on our network. They had me download transceiver.com and took control of our computer. I started getting suspicious and used another device to contact Microsoft and found out this was a scam.
