They wont stop calling to collect a debt that is not ours! We have explained that they are contacting the wrong individual and they have now become threatening and deleigerent.

This company Amway called up my brother in law to get in touch with us for a supposed loan with Loanpoint. The amount they claim we owe is 1600.00 we have never gotten a loan for this amount, We called back the company to get them to stop contact my brother in law but the man a Mr. Jenkins would not give us the information we requested in writing so we can research it. With the delays we had with that phone call i am convinced it is a scam. They made a settlement offer and he got upset when we said we needed to research it. We blocked the numebr from calling us and I am going to report them to the attorney general in Pa.

I’ve been getting the same calls. They have also been calling other people who know me and telling them the exact same things that the rest of you have experienced. After I threaten them with a call from my attorney (because they said I would be arrested, which is an illegal action) I was told that they are collecting for a company called Cash Well which is a pay day loan company that I am unfortunately in default with. I can’t afford to pay them and I can’t make them stop calling people they find to be connected with me.
