Always hangs up with nobody on the line

same here hangs up with nobody on the line

I get these calls and block them on my phone and then I start getting the same kind of calls from other
numbers like 855-844-4445 or 855-292-6575 or 855-532-8779 or 866-896-1811 the list goes on.
If you try to call it back it says due to telephone company difficulties this number can not be reached.
i would love to know who it is because i would call it harassment!

I get the same calls; either no one on the line or they give up before getting voicemail. They call at least two, sometimes three times per day, multiple times a week.

Morning right before work, mid-to-late-afternoon, then right around dinner time seem to be their method. I use Skype to call it back so they can't see my real phone number and know it is used, but each number I call it rings to a busy signal.
