that makes sense as I bought a new H/D last year. I am like most of the others on this blog I don't answer the toll free numbers

I didn't take this call the first time, but decided to take their second call after reading these comments. It IS simply a survey company hired to survey your satisfaction with your new car purchase. I don't believe it's any specific brand. The survey took less than 3 minutes, and, if you have any comments you'd like to make FOR or AGAINST your dealer or salesman, this is a good way to do it. In other words, it's simply a satisfaction survey about your dealings with your purchase. I'd recommend taking the call and having your say, positive or negative.

I haven't bought a new car in over 16 years...why am I getting these calls???  I received 6 calls from this number while I was at a conference in Florida...no messages were left.

I called it back and she said it was Ocean Honda in Santa Cruz, CA. I went there yesterday. Asked her to take me off the list. Hope it worked!

These people keep calling me because i made a visit to a Kia dealer in lake city fla. no one answers when i pick up or call back until they call me for the 100th time.

This is an organization that works for auto dealers.  Call the number and instruct them to remove your number from their calling list.  Worked for me...

I'm looking in NY at different dealerships. I hate that they share my contact info.  I just got a call and they left no message. It's Sunday too. Not right!

I received this call saying they were following up for the sales department of an auto dealership. Remember - do not give out personal information or banking information to unsolicited callers. Stay safe from identity theft and credit card fraud.

called the number back; it is a call center.  this time they showed that it was David McDavid Pontiac gave them my number, but the name they were looking for did not match.

More in likely survey but seems to me abit on the shady side.  Careful how much information you give.  A real survey shouldn't be so annoying and should leave a message.

I don't like they call me without message. I am client of Franklin County Board of Disabilities Development. I will report them about this number.

I was at the auto dealer for some service a couple of days ago on 4-28-13, and I received a call from that number that very afternoon.  I missed the call and the one's I received yesterday and today.  However, when I try calling the number back, I get a recording saying "This call may be recorded." and then it automatically hangs up.  I tried calling the number a couple more times to ask to have my number removed from their list, but with the same result each time.  This is getting frustrating. I'm going to have to call the dealership; however, I'm not sure how much control they have over the database company that's collecting the numbers.

I just purchased a Toyota yesterday and they have beencalling since then.  very annoying!

it's just a survey from a company hired to due post-consumer opinion collection for auto dealers.  it is part of how the salesmen and service reps get paid. just answer and they will ask you 15 questions about your experience.  They are not offering any service or products.

We had service done on both our 99 Nissan and 2009 Subaru in Charlotte NC.  Could be related.

I called this number after receiving daily calls with no voicemail.  The man who answered, identified himself as Antonio but refused to give me the name of the company he worked for, instead insisting that I give him my cell number. He claimed he could not look anything up or give me information unless I gave my number.  After a lot of questioning, he finally admitted he was calling on behalf of "a dealership I recently visited."  (NOTE: I have not visited any dealerships recently.)   He then said his company is called Fresh Beginnings and is a "customer service company."  My guess is that they are debt collectors.  I have no debt so they definitely have the wrong number. I finally gave him my cell number and then he said that it wasn't in his system!  I get calls from them daily!  He proceeds to read off the number that I actually called from (my work) so he was lying that he needed my phone number to look up information.  I adamantly requested that he put me on the "do not call" list immediately.  Hopefully that will work.

I asked my dealer Not to share but he apparently did anyway.  Way to disrespect your customer.  Jerks.. Hyundai of fairfield, ca
