Had a girl call from a no number call tell me I'm being served gave me a case and phone number called it saying I owe them 315 dollars

Did you ever get ahold of  a person at the number they left? Did anyone ever "serve" you?

If you're "working" with them then you have their valid physical address. POST it! I'll bet you 100 rupees that you won't post a verifiable thing! Go ahead...prove me wrong! We'll be waiting.....

Greetings John.  While you should always pay back debts, bad things can happen to good people and I salute your virtue for wanting to make things right.  Problem is you need to be sure you make things right with the rightful owner of this debt.  Paying the wrong people won't make the debt go away.

If you could share the name of this company, I'm sure someone around these parts would be able to point you in the right direction and make sure these are the right people so you can move forward.

Got a message intended "solely for trevon martin" have the last four digits of my social and said a server was coming out in 24 hours. Good luck finding Trevon Martin at my house. Pretty sure this is a crock.

I got a call "unknown" stating about the same as the above, but they got the wrong Ed, and was asking for Edwin Martinez but with wrong number.  It is obvious that this Debt collectors did not do their homework.  In any case, the only Martinez that I knew passed away back about 2 years ago.  So, if they are looking 4 him, they can find him at a peaceful resting place....the cemetery (R.I.P), in P.R. where his family buried him.  So, the case reference # GUA101728, that these so called third party debt collectors provided via voicemail is a lost case, as such is a dead matter.

We will do a further research on said company, and post want we came up with, for everybody to see, if that would help anyone, who is being harassed by this fraudulent collector.  In addition, we will report that matter to the bureau.

Today it looks like the number is no longer in service. Scam artists. Canceled my debit card and everything.

Best part is we make s*** loads of money, probably 4x what you make in a year, doing exactly what you fight all day to prevent. I drive a BMW, and my wife drives an Escalade, what are you, driving a chevy? haha, bottom line, this is what we do, and there is nothing that you or ANYONE can do about it ;) so go ahead and report this number... haha, its 87 cents to get a new number.
