This number has to be a soliciting number. I called it back and couldn't understand the butchered English she was trying to speak. All I could get out of the message was "closed and call back". I think. There was also some other jibberish.

I keep on getting phone calls from this number. but when i answer they hang up.

Dont know what the deal is about that number they ask for pwople by name then hang up I think it is a scam but if you happen to get a call from this # I would hang it up & block it.

These people have been calling my cell number for weeks.  Finally, someone answered and they asked for someone I never heard of before.  I asked that they delete my number from their records.  The male person had a definite accent.  I asked him what number was he calling which he ignored.

Just called the number and the recording was unclear with the company name, but I did understand "this communication is from a Debt Collector".

I have received numerous annoying calls from this#.  they never leave a message and when I called back I got a man who had such a thick accent that I couldn't understand.  perhaps this is a foreign solicitor?
Verizon,  whoever else,  let me block this number!

Has called my AT&T cell phone everyday for a couple of months now. I just keep rejecting the call as I have no idea who it is. I owe no bills so don't know why a bill collecter would be calling and my number is also on the national no call list... Next time they call I'm going to answer the phone as if they have reached my local police dept. give them a phony police officer name and ask how I can help them,then I wil see if they ever call back again. If they continue to call I guess I will change my number and or switch to a carrier that has call blocking I don't have to pay for.

Some foreign speaking man asking me about my association with a P.O. box from a town I used to live in 16 years ago..Then he asked me to confirm the last four digits of my SS number which he then said.  They were indeed the last four digits and I did confirm..then he told me he was a debt collector for a credit card company, and asked me how I was going to take care of my debt..I have no debt. I hung up.

This number has called me twice today, caller ID says it is coming from Cambodia. Left no message

Anybody know Adam Hayes??  That's who the robo-call asked for.

This number keeps calling day and night,, has gone on for weeks.  Is there any way to stop this?

You can block anyone with Google Voice.

I have received numerous calls from this number on my cell phone.  I used the menu feature on my Samsung Gallaxy S2 Android device to "Add to Reject List".  Just tap the incoming call number after the caller hangs up.  (Do not answer the call or tap the call-back feature.)  Then, tap the lower left-hand corner to bring up the menu.  Tap "Add to Reject List."  After doing this, the number still keeps calling every day or so  (I think it's a robo-call);  but at least the device blocks the number, so I don't hear the incoming call alert or "rrrrring!".  I still have to delete the incoming call record, but it saves the hassle answering, at least.

Same thing as you all. i get this number calling my cell, I dont answer. I call it back from my work line and same as everyone else, it is a very deep accent and something about a debt collector,. being like you all, my bills are all in excellent standing, so I just hang up.

I have Sprint and my phone is a Motorola Photon, it has a call restriction prompt that blocks all non-contact (not in address book) phone numbers. I used this option for some time, I unblocked it a week ago, and low and behold,,, here comes the calls still.

I think the FCC should do something about this kind of fraud.

These people have been calling consistently. A few days ago I answered and a man who spoke very poor English was asking for a relative who shares my last name. Not me, but a relative. He wanted all the info he could get but I didn't tell him anything. It either debt collection or some kind of scam.
