Received several phone calls per day for 5 days in a row and ignored all of them.  On day 6 I answered said, "Hello", heard nothing for 10-15 seconds, then heard a *ding* sound followed by an automated voice which said, "good bye".  No idea what that's about.

Within the past minute, I received the exact same call.

Have received 5 calls in 2 days on my cell Same as your calls and you call the number back no connection. Very annoying

I had a young man trying to get me to place a bet on march madness. So, it is a betting line.

YES I DO BET ON LINE, MAKES SENCE I ONLY BET FOOTBALL. I DONT BET BASEBALL OR BASKETBALL AND I DID GET A CALL FOR MARCH MADNESS SIMELAR NUMBER.

This is a Vegas sports book firm cold calling for bets.  They call during peak betting times (ie march madness our CFB, NFL playoffs etc).  They are harmless but annoying.  Attempting to get removed from their list is proving to be futile so I just block their number as they don't call that often.

I got a phone call from this number, they were trying to get me to make bets.  I told them repeatedly that I don't bet, but he kept trying to sign me up by saying "oh you don't bet anymore?".  I told him to remove me from the list and he hung up instead

Just got a call.  Guy had my first name and said something like "we've got a basketball game for you...".  I said "What?, I don't understand" and he just hung up.

How does the do not call list apply?

Sports betting.

I spend quite a bit of time in Vegas and they must have ended up with my number. Harmless enough unless I am trying to break into a house and left my ringer on or sneaking in from the strip club and wakes the wife up.
