got a call from and the number was withheld. Answer it. Some lady asking if I was going to be available between 9 and 4 at this address for papers to be received.  I asked her what it was about and she said the papers wear sealed and she couldn't open them. The number I had to call was 855.312.4726 and gave me a case # to give them to find out what it was about.  No one answered.

Call comes out of San Antonio Texas no name. Same as prior post stating information left on anwsering machine,  2 attempts a day between 9-4 and gives a refrence # and to call 855-312-4726. Seems more like somes scare tactics of  a bill collection agency for someone. Going to file on the do not call list. Not mine whoever they are looking for.

It's Cavalry Portfolio Services and a guy by the name of Larry Payne. He threatened to come to my work. To get he police to serve me at home and wanted me to turn over a checking account number.

1st - they've doubled the amount of an old debt that they purchased and 2nd- they start that darn threatening.

It's not happening. I am filing with the states attorney general.

Same story, threatening to serve me.  Believe me, I will check and file my own research on this issue. Please provide more info if anyone has it...

This creep has been calling me and my elderly parents and leaving messages that I will be served with legal papers for my arrest.  I have tried to call back and no one answers.  One day I happened to be home when he called and he threatened to come to my house.  

This is a scam.  How can I get this guy/company to STOP calling.  He leaves different names sometimes it's "Mr. Jeffrey's,"  Sometimes it's "Mr. Payne" sometimes no-name is given but it's the same voice!

"Process server" called my husband's work cell asking for me. They told him I was about to be served with papers. This woman told me I would be served between 8-4 tomorrow, would I be home. No...She said call this #855-312-9926. A guy named Christopher answered, stated he was a litigator. He asked for my case #. He states it was an unsecured Visa from 2008. Original line of credit was $300, with interest and penalties I now owe $755. Thing is, I did have rip-off "repair your credit" card back then. I didn't use it because they had already tacked on like $175 in fees. HE said if I pay $390 it closes the case. My husband asked for proof. Christopher said he would email it to me.....Still waiting...
