I was told that my apple computer had a problem and to call 855-315-3657 Apple report div.
I did not and thought it might be some kind of a scam

I too received a message on my Apple.  Was told to call 855-315-3657.  I called and was told it was a Microsoft Division and they were here to help with any problems.  I hung up feeling it could be a scam.

Being real security experts, who do have a relationship with companies like Microsoft, we can tell you that these warnings you been getting are in fact scams and you should not take any requested actions from those messages either. Simply calling can also add you to a spam caller list, where now random numbers may call you and pretend to be from Apple or Microsoft and claim your computer is sending errors, is broken, or has some other security risk that needs to be taken care of.

I had this msg on my phone today, so, I called the number and they said I had to pay $ 99.99.  I didn't pay, went to Apple Store and they told me it was a scam
