Blocked on my phone so this number called my Ex husband said it was a litigation and gave him a case number. I called and the person said he was the answering service for AFF.  I asked what AFF is, he wouldn't tell me. So I hung up. Most likely a scam

My girlfriend and I just got a call like this today, my name was mentioned in each call. The weird thing is I *am* involved in a (frivolous) lawsuit right now, but I don't see why it would be related because I am in contact with the other party's lawyers. I wonder if it's a scam-company that trawls public litigation documents to find potential victims.

My boyfriend keeps getting calls say he is being sued and they give a case number. When I return the call from my work phone they answer "corporate" I ask who they are corporate for they said we answer the phone for many firms here and then ask for the case number. No way I am telling them a case number or anything else. I asked for their address she says they are at 8200 Whilshire Blvd Beverly Hills. I asked for a list of firms she is answering the phone for she tells me she will not give me any names and hangs up.  This is a BS call do not answer it.

I just received a call from this number, they were asking to speak with my 8 year old daughter in regards to litigation! I called them back from a blocked phone number and played dumb, giving them the "case #", and they were fishing for a credit card number or Western Union wire!! Total scam and fraud! I reported them immediately, and find it disturbing they pulled my 8 year old daughter's name from somewhere

Don't be surprised at anything done or attempted by these clowns, regardless of age, health, day, or time. When your life depends on cheating and stealing from the public, they take anything they can get. Although it is disturbing, don't tinker around with these guys and return their calls. Don't answer any of their calls in any way again and be done with them.

called and got a "case #" and then some mouth breather  asked for my SS and my address to verify. I told him I'm not going to "verify" anything util he tells me who he was collecting for, he said he couldn't and then I hung up and started doing research online about AFF which iI got from the answering service. They official business name is Affinity Global and immediately filed a complaint with the FCC, you may have to provide documentation of who you spoke with and when. Once they are told your on the DO NOT CALL LIST they calls become a fineable offense. Like someone else said BS

Total scam.  No legitimate process server calls you up in advance and tells you they are coming by.  Ignore and block the calls.

Appears to be a total scam operation.  They may be renting virtual offices at 8200 Wilshire Boulevard but no one knows exactly.  I called that number and I got into it with the so-called "switchboard" operator.  Amazingly, the guy admitted that there was something called AFF located at the 8200 Wilshire Boulevard Address!  But wanted my name and case number.  Never got any further.   He no doubt simply refers the call to another location.

There IS something at 8200 Wilshire Blvd, Ste 400, Beverly Hills CA.  They call themselves, according to what I've found, American Financial Solutions.  Sometimes they call themselves American Financial Group.  Again, no one knows exactly who these people are or where they are actually located.  It is clear that this is some sort of debt collection scam.  If they call you,  simply block and ignore the calls.

These scum bags were calling my family telling them I am "in serious legal trouble" trying to get payment on a $300 magazine subscription, that I never had! I told them that I was calling the police to report them and to leave the scams to Nigeria where they might actually get away with it. He said he would be there to answer the calls, but I would presume they will do the same thing that they do to everyone else that rings up inquiring about the reason behind their pushy antics and hang up on them. I hope these people get the book thrown at them when they are found out about!

I was called by this phone number by someone threatening litigation. I told them I was reporting them for fraud. The supposed "company" is called AF litigation or AFF litigation. They guy was definitely uneducated and could not answer any of the questions I had regarding his company or his identity.
