Called saying I had documents that they have attempted to send me. Either fraud or other type of documents.

Scam, they clam I had a payday loan and the bank did not honor my check.   I have not had this account for years and never had a pay day loan with the two (2) different names of the companies they gave me.  Claimed they will be serving me papers at work, trying to scare me into paying something I do not owe.   They said they had sent numerous notifications to my address which is un-true.   If I truly owed this loan I would pay it but I will not give my hard earned money to scammers.

They have beencalling me with the same thing telling me about checkffraud.  I don'thave a ch r  clingacvoint

Same scam..they tried to call my buddy and his wife . Somehow they got both numbers.
I never did any pay day loan

This guy just called me very hateful and said i had committed check fraud in a town i have never been too! Said I had court and everything even went to the measures of giving me the municipal courts contact information! Than i looked up if i had any pending convictions and nothing popped up! Google the number and this popped up!!
Be are soo cruel now a days!

Some black chick "Jennifer" leaves a msg stating "this is the last attempt to deliver a fax to you regarding this matter in court proceedings. Please call me back at 855-317-1948 to settle this matter." *insert eyeroll here*

DO NOT CALL THEM BACK...they are going to tell you that you are going to be served with papers and arrested for a payday loan that you took out and didn't pay back.

This is a COMMON SCARE TACTIC SCAM. They've gotten your info from any old payday loan application, or any pawn application. YOU DO NOT OWE THESE JERKS MONEY~~NO ONE THEY CALL OWES ANYTHING.

It's fake, there are NO court papers or anything you're going to be served with. Just someone trying to SCARE YOU INTO GIVING INFO AND WIRING $$ OR SENDING MONEY ORDER/CASHIER CHECKS TO THEM.

This DIDN'T HAPPEN TO ME, but my elderly mother. I'm trying to find their address/location so I can have them served with lawsuit. The call is recorded and so are their numbers. I have a GREAT consumer debt attorney & his fee for making them pay me is only $250. They're fixing to get stuck!

They called me yesterday from another number and said it was their last attempt to get a hold of me. Then they called today from 855 317 1948 today and they told me that they are suing me for a pay dat loan that i did not get. I told them to take me to court. It's a scam.
